That would be kind of weird. I don't think I'd mind, though. Depends on how they play it.
Since you mentioned it, can anyone tell me if Keanu Reeves was any good in "Much Ado About Nothing"? I haven't seen it, but I imagine it might tell us something about Brannagh's ability to bring the out best in his actors. Anyway, I'm hoping for the best, but I can't say I particularly like the idea of Hartnett as Loki. Maybe he'll surprise me, but I would prefer someone else.I`m not sure how to judge Josh Harnett`s acting abilities but it doesn`t really matter. With Brannagh directing Paris Hilton could be made to act on the same level as an oscar winner.
I actually quite like Hartnett as an actor, but I'm not seeing him as Loki. (Or Thor)
I'm not jumping on you but what did you like him in...maybe something I haven't seen...
The Faculty (1998)
Black Hawk Down (2001)
Sin City (2005)
Lucky Number Slevin (2006)
Oh, yeah. He was good in it, but the movie sucked.30 days of night
40 Days and 40 Nights. He wasn't terrible in that, but it was a pretty stupid movie.
The Faculty (1998) I'll give him a little credit.
Black Hawk Down I like him in this. (2001)
Sin City (2005) A two minute blip of his character "The Man". Cool character, just not enough to credit him for it.
Lucky Number Slevin (2006) It was more the movies twists and plot than his performance.
Yeah but he just plays Josh Hartnett in that, just like IMO he plays Josh Hartnett in every single film he's ever done.
40 Days and 40 Nights. He wasn't terrible in that, but it was a pretty stupid movie.
Ha, well put.Yup, most definitely. Which is fine, I like the Josh Hartnett character, haha. Just not when he's required to play someone else![]()
I think that they could possibly go for an androgynous angle when casting him.
That would fit Loki pretty well, actually. A character not unfamiliar with gender bending.
zachary quintos ftw...i always thought he had alittle loki vibe going on as sylar
