I can't rave enough about how good Mr Robot is folks. Seriously, if you're not watching it you need to be. The finale is Wed night but you can catch it all OnDemand. You will not be disappointed. This is the best show on tv right now, Breaking Bad levels of awesome

The Godfather Part III isn't as bad as it's made out to be.

I agree......it suffers from a form of sequalitis.....if the sequel isn't s good as the original, it makes it terrible....doesn't matter if it is a good movie, it isn't as good as the first, so it's bad.

Finally got done with moving!
Hope you like the new place a lot more than the last one.

Lol, the only thing worse than moving is major surgery. :p
Successful surgery is not worse, most of the times.
Burning property is much worse than moving.

Currently enjoying a grilled pork chop, white rice, shredded pork with noodles and a shrimp summer roll at a Vietnamese restaurant.

Oh, yes -- I've been catching it OnDemand and have been enjoying it quite a bit. The pilot got me hooked and the show's been keeping me engaged ever since. It's great to see modern day cyberpunk do so well.

Put beef in place of pork and I'll have some.
If there is no booze in the mix.

Think I might check out Mr. Robot once I finish watching Farscape for the TV Club thing. But I just can't take a break from Farscape now, lol. It's gotten highly addictive.

I have always told people to watch the show because once it grabs you it REALLY grabs you. Problem is... You really have to be tolerant of it in the first half of the first season.

Splurged on some new grooming necessities this weekend. I started out looking for a new beard trimmer then I ended up getting a new electric beard trimmer, an Edwin Jagger double edge safety razor with a faux ivory handle, a new shaving brush, a razor and brush stand, 125 blades, a new bowl of shaving soap, and some mod cabin beard supplies.

Me looking at final cost:

Sometimes, people just suck. I pitched this great cool idea people helped me with for the longest time and people all started saying no, just because this one person did. I hate how one person who doesn't like you can get your stories, projects or ideas in a trash can,all based on petty, personal reasons.

It's true, but I've honestly found that to be the case with MOST shows I've ever loved. HBO and Netflix series are generally slow burns like that; it describes Veronica Mars to a "T" as well; it was certainly the case with every Whedon show barring Firefly; Breaking Bad had a great pilot but I wasn't truly hooked 'til S2; Parks and Rec and the Office both have 1st seasons even their creators wish to forget, etc. There are exceptions, of course, but I do tend to find that often the best shows require a little bit of extra investment from the viewers before they start paying off, but the payoff just ends up being that much more rewarding once it does. They take the time to explore their worlds and characters and really set the stage and find themselves, leting the viewer live in them a little bit before they start kicking the plots in to high gear. And on the other foot, the shows that start off all plot and hooks right out of the gate (like, say, Heroes) often burn out faster creatively, in my experience.

Good point about HEROES. I think that the problem is today they tend to cancel shows that don't get blockbuster ratings out of the gate immediately, especially if they are high concept shows or ones that require lots of cash for quality production values or it's a combo or both AND the show's characters are "challenging" to the audience, not being archetypes or Mary Sues. This thing where two episodes in a show get's cancelled is ridiculous. Give these things a chance to grow a bit I say.

Heroes is one of the dullest TV shows I tried to sit through.
Hiro is the only thing I enjoyed in that show.
