What a great analysis, we all know Pokemons and their trainers are famous for using guns and shooting people.

From what I've seen most everyone seems to love it. I reserved my copy and it keeps bugging me to install it, but I'm waiting until I get this new ext HD to backup my music. I know you are supposed to be able to not worry about that but no way in hell I'm I taking any chances with my DJ tunes.

So far things are A-ok for windows 10 for me, apps are working, enjoying siri & edge and others.

And by that i mean my computer hasn't crashed and burned yet.

I believe its free for an entire year for windows 7 and 8 users, in fact my sister brought a laptop today with a pre installed version of windows 8 and while i was setting it up for her i had the option to upgrade to windows 10 on the background for free during the setup.

I stumbled upon the video for Fiona Apple's Criminal and one of the comments was about the part in the video where this guy opens up the closet and Fiona is just chilling in there and he walks away like that is normal.

As far as I know Microsoft is trying to get everyone to make the switch, they have even said if your current copy of Windows is bootleg you can still get it for free. You should be good.

Yeah, anyone with a legitimate copy of 7 or 8.1 qualify for the free upgrade (I believe they initially said even pirated copies were eligible, but then backtracked. It probably still would though, since bootlegged copies are designed to mimic legitimate ones). I believe the only difference is the version of Windows 10 you get. The Starter, Home Basic and Home Premium versions of 7, along with 8.1 get Windows 10 Home. The Professional and Ultimate Editions of 7, along with 8.1 Pro get Windows 10 Pro. But, they all get some kind of version for free.

They since came out and said they wouldn't offer it for free to people without legitimate licenses http://www.pcworld.com/article/2923042/its-official-windows-10-will-not-be-free-for-pirates.html. Microsoft's probably setting up the biggest online piracy bait in internet history by 'giving' windows 10 for free to those that pirated it and then just reporting them to the local authorities if piracy is a serious crime in that area.

In fact here in the UK i saw this article that trending on the front page of Reddit where a bunch of politicians wanted to increase to prison sentence of downloading films illegally from 2 years to 10 years which is absolutely ludicrous if you ask me.

what's the difference between Pro and Home?

Not much, if it's just for your personal use. Pro is for small businesses and whatnot, with better security features, and support for remote desktops and stuff like that.

gaming among other things are different reasons for me to keep using Windows.
I never felt comfortable using a different kind of OS, Mac or Linux.

i understand pirating is a huge deal and all, but i feel like other crimes would better fit those time periods.

heavy fines and/or community service hours would be better lol. get funding from fines, and the community improves by them doing something (enviro clean up for example would be good) and that would also get them out from in front of the screens they're illegally watching them on lol

I would like it to be noted that, as typed on my Windows 10 PC, I too agree with this statement. In case anyone is recording my keystrokes watching my screen browsing the forums who might object to such nefarious behaviour.
