And among those five, I could definitely see either Karen Gillan or Dianna Agron. The other ones don't have that "sexy vibe", imo, especially with that red hair look.

Agreed. Karen Gillan remains my favorite. Dianna Agron is a bit of a worry for me because I find that she's kind of the typical "in their 20s, pretty faced actor who's relevant until there highly popular show goes off the air or they leave the show, then on one cares about them any more" type actor. Not much depth.

I could be wrong.

Well, as much as I agree that the cast of Glee could quickly fade away, or it could be me being biased since I think the show is complete trash, but I do think if she were to get such a role, she can still be on the radar.

Yeah, but that doesn't mean she'll be good in the role.

Mary Jane is one the most, if not the most, iconic love interest in all of comic books.

I don't want to see her character portrayed anything worse that great because they wanted a name actress or an actress thay simply knew would get over with the teen/20s crowd.

Raimi's done it before with MJ picking Dunst, and I don't see how Agron fits that description.

It's not like I'm picking some actresses from 90210, Gossip Girl, Vampire Diaries, etc.

Glee is not as popular as it was. Besides it's highly likely that she leaves Glee this season. By the time they start casting for the sequel, teens won't care about her as much as you think.

Actually, She is leaving this season. All of the main characters from the first 2 seasons are leaving if I'm correct.

I really don't want her as MJ. She's a fanboy favorite and that kinda kills it for me becaue I don't see why. She really doesn't look like any variation of MJ's look nor does her acting indicate she'd make a good MJ. But, if Henry Cavill is any indication, fanboy dreams can come true.

Maybe I am biased, but as I've always said, this show was terrible in my eyes and it's just too silly.

reason i like MEW over karen is for a coupe reasons:

- i personally find MEW much more attractive
- she is more popular with being in films like Live Free Die Hard,The Thing,Scott Pilgrim,and the upcoming AL:Vampire Hunter
- got rave reviews for her performance in Smashed at Sundance - shows me she has some range as an actress
- while karen has done nothing of note outside of doctor who
- MEW is american so you wont have to sorry about putting on an american accent like the Scottish Karen Gillian
- also MEW is same age a Andrew(does'nt mean anything but lol)

That's my point though. She has become the default and VERY generic choice for alot of these roles and its getting on my nerves at how stupid it is.

Yes she's a good actress and she's hot but MJ, or alot of other choices, she aint. Trust me. If she got cast, we'd all regret it by time the next reboot came along.
