I don't. When the election ended, it felt as if McCain returned to the original maverick McCain that we all knew and loved before he turned into a neo-con suck up that could not control his party.

Sorry. He sold out hard and betrayed everything he was supposed to stand for (and doing so probably cost him the election). He also showed incredibly poor judgment in choosing Palin as his running mate. He's way too erratic and shifty to be trusted anymore, following his campaign performance. He needs to retire and go away, now.

The same could be said for a lot of politicians.

Maybe, but I can easily and very specifically say it about John McCain. I'd send him an email and let him know how I feel, but I know he wouldn't get it. :hehe:

It is... There was a Sarah Palin book that was released a couple months back with a pretty bad cover as well. I'm assuming it's because they rushed it into production without putting a lot of time into it.

I wonder if it opens as follows:

"I was asked recently, 'What does the American dream mean to you Joe...the plumber?' My response...not having to pay taxes, or have a license to call myself a plumber, or pay child support for that matter! That is what America is all about!"

Joe really is what the American Dream has turned into these days... being famous for doing nothing of importance.

Makes me wonder how he came up with the title "Fighting for the American Dream"? Doesn't look like it fits anything he has done in his life.

Something tells me that there is a lot of 'fiction' in this 'story of a guy who mav'ricked the system!' :oldrazz:

wow that's sad. i could've made a better cover in an hour. i'm not exaggerating either...

I'm sure the cover fits the content.
it has content???!!!

Why? Why would they write a book about this guy? What possible reason could someone have to read it? Was the fact that he asked Obama a question so fascinating in the week before the election that people had to know more?

*weeps*

So, how long until Joe the Plumber is on the Surreal Life?

I think anyone with a basic knowledge of Photoshop could make a better cover. It looks like someone spent five minutes throwing something together in MS Paint.

I want to know where the Hell is the JOE THE PLUMBER YOUTUBE PAGE!!!!!!!!!!! :cmad:

So all us regular Joes can hang out and chat about Joe Stuff.

The only way you can get on that page is to have an IQ less than 100.
