While I will say epic scores are a little fewer and far between than they used to be, we did at least get Zimmer's Dune: Part Two and Goransson's Oppenheimer scores within months of each other.

We're also deprived of good movie soundtracks. I still blast this to feel the epic-ness.

When the world ends,
collect your things, you're coming with meeeeeee

This just reminds me of the marketing blitz around Reloaded in the summer of '03.

Those Powerade ads are tattooed in my brain even though I couldn't tell you the last time I actually had a Powerade.

Same man, friggin same.

That commercial and the one for Enter The Matrix is burned into my memory banks.

If we fail, Neo fails, and that cannot happen.

This is actually canon for better or for worse. :o

Wanda Sykes as the Oracle always takes me out LMAO.

Matrix Reloaded to this day is one of the best cinematic experiences I've had. It was one of the first movies I'd watched where you could feel the hype in the crowd and everyone was so engaged with the film. I remember my theater erupting in applause at the end of the Burly Brawl and the car chase sequence. To this day, incredibly well done set pieces.

Speaking of Agatha, have they been dropping episodes at 9 PM on Wednesdays this whole time? I thought they were dropping them some time between 9 PM EST-3 AM EST the Tuesday night before/early Wednesday morning? I still haven't seen episode 5 yet (was gonna watch after work yesterday but once I saw it wasn't until 9 I was too tired) and I already got smacked with a spoiler on Twitter.

I believe it's always been the 9PM on Wednesday if I'm not mistaken. I'm about to catch up on that one myself, I'm on episode 3.

But yeah the obvious spoiler got spoiled for me too on Twitter. People are annoying.

I haven't watched Agatha or seen spoilers. So, something major happened?

Anyone who likes a movie most people didn't like, they're going to say people didn't get it. That's every movie. Whether it's Joker 2, BvS, Megalopolis, Madame Web, Speed 2 Cruise Control, whatever. That's just how it's always going to go

I acknowledge the quality of bad movies I like. I mean, I love Ghost Rider 2, but I don't call it a better movie than movies I don't like.

Man the comments in that thread are brutal. People were really burned by WW84.

I dunno, even though i AGREE starting fresh was the right call i dont think Patty and Gal should have been burned at the stake for one misfire. WW84 was no Joker 2. I think WW84 was Patty's passion project that she got out of her system. I would have liked to see her and Gal make one more to close out the trilogy. She could have delivered a banger third WW movie but oh well.

I appreciate what Jenkins was trying to do. Especially after seeing Shin Ultraman and Shin Kamen Rider. And I do think, given all the chances given to male directors, it was bull**** to toss her to the curb.

Such a good comparison for what WW84 is going for. I'd never have thought of that.

The Teen is finally revealed to be Wiccan.

A character reveal everyone who's read a comic already knew or at least speculated
I honestly would have thought that the original kid who played Billy in WandaVision and Multiverse of Madness would've been old enough by now but A. turns out he's only 13 and B. that would have given it away right from the start.
