Latveria. Doom sat upon his throne, boiling over the events that had transpired in New York... rage consuming his every thought. It was not so much that his plans had been compromised that angered him... it was the embarassment he had recieved at the hands of Octavius and the Torch... he would have his revenge, but right now other things were more important.

... like solidifying his growing empire.

" Sir, we've just gotten word from our men heading the expansion effort... our position through hungary, transylvania and croatia has been secured and border patrol has been set up. there has been minimal resititance, but a few protesters are arising. do you wish for us to exterminate them?"

"No..." Doom said. " I want this empire to be an example to the rest of the world. Protesters will be given the option to lay down their arms willingly and return to their homes... aggressors will be taken into custody with as minimal force neccessary. New York City and much of the United States regards Doom as a savior. We must show them that I am the only worthy leader to control this planet. "

As the soldier left, Doom gazed out upon Latveria.... and planning preperations for the further expansion of her borders....

Afterward both her and Mageto maganed to deal with the radiation Photon turns to mageto and hold out a outstretched hand "Nice to be working on the same side for a change." she says to him.

Rogue sat looking out the window at the sky. Taking off her right hand glove she looked at her hand, turning it over and comtemplating it.
Putting her glove back on she asks "Has anyone tried to contact Betsy or Logan?"


OOC: Okay right now Iceman, Gambit and Rogue are on their way to New York....any ideas as to what they are meant to do??

X23 looked surprised. A scowl appeard on her face. 'grrrr' She turned her atention away from the advancing Bullseye and back at Doctor Octopus. She couldnt help it - her instincts began to take over . She threw herself upwards way beyond Doctor Octopus towards the ceiling plunging her claws in. Above the villian was a big heavy metal bar he hadnt noticed. X23 swung at it causing it to fall from the ceiling and land right on DO capacitating him for a moment. She then leaped at him managing to plunge a claw deep into is arm but missed his body. She knew he'd get up soon so X23 again leaped back and took notice of the other badguy in the room.

Daredevil arrived at the Avengers Mansion. He knocks on the door and says' "CAP!!!! ANYONE HOME!!!!" He then goes from knocking on the door to pounding on the door.

I am not down.You do not have the right to say the status of other characters.Or make them move.And Bullseye is not my lap dog.We are partners.Or hopefully we will be if we ever get the chance to speak to eachother.

Doc Ock is right. It is wrong to decide on the damage that one of your moves will do. That is the choice of the other player. For example, I can say "Bullseye throws a knife, aiming it at Wolverine's chest", but I can't say "Bullseye throws a knife, impaling Wolverine and pinning him to the wall."

This in itself is perfectly understandable. Everyone makes mistakes - I've made a few myself. But I think your hostile behaviour towards Doc Ock when he was trying to give you advice was extremely inappropriate. You have to learn to be more friendly towards your fellow RPGers.

In my next post, I will be continuing from my interaction with Doc Destruction's Wolverine, rather from my advancement towards you. This is because I didn't decide to go after you, you made that move for me. I'm just explaining so you know why I'm not acknowledging X23 in my post.

Bullseye took a moment to regain his orientation after The Doc had pulled him away from Adamantium Boy. He smiled as he prepared to answer The Doc's question.

"Don't worry, Doc, I didn't come here to kill you. I've screwed you over, you've screwed me over. I'd say we're even. No, I realised that if the only way I had a hope in Hades of gettin' outta this dump was with your help. But this ain't about the money no more. I'm not workin' for you anymore, but I will work with you. If we're gonna get through this, it's gonna be as partners."

Bullseye turned to Wolverine, who had been thrown against the wall by The Doc.

"As for you, furball. I gotta say that I kinda like you. So I don't want to have to kill you. But I will if you get in my way. Understand?"

*Johnny holds back his tears and scans the city for citizens in need of aid. He contacts H.E.R.B.I.E. by touching his 4 logo.*

"H.E.R.B.I.E. please contact D.C. for military aid a.s.a.p."

"Sure thing, Johnny!"

He then notices buildings rising, repairing themselves. Next to a newly risen hospital, a Hispanic girl is on her needs weeping. He lands next to her.

"What's wrong miss?"

Hispanic girl

"My Mother was in the middle of an important heart operation, something mysterious protected us from the blast, but the blast interrupted the procedure. NOW MY MOTHER IS GONE! SHE"S THE ONLY THING I HAD, NOW I"M NOTHING!"

Johnny embraces the Hispanic girl, and this time he could not hold his tears.

THe Hispanic Girl, pushes Johnny Storm away and says

"HOW DARE YOU! WHERE WERE YOU WHEN THIS HAPPENED? WHY DIDN"T YOU PREVENT THIS!

*Johny steps back looking at the girl, then a middle gae man yells from the other side of the street.*

Middle Aged Man

"YEAH! YOU SUPPOSE TO BE A SUPERHERO! WHERE WERE YOU. I HAVE NO CAR TO TAKE ME TO WORK!"

*Then more people start to gather in front of Johnny, with anger in their eyes.*

Doc Ock smiled."I wouldn't have it any other way.I think you have just proved you're more of an asset than a liability".Doc Ock gripped Bullseye by the arm with a tentacle claw and pulled him in."If we get out of here in one piece then you can consider your debt to me repaid in full".

Doc Ock looked at Wolverine who was still lying against the wall."We can't leave him there.It will attract needless attention.Nobody knows we have escaped.So we need to put him out of sight".Ock picked Wolverine up in his tentacles and carried him into his cell and laid him on the bed.

"There.Not only will this keep him out of sight but if he comes around he is safely tucked away for a while.Giving us ample opportunity to escape" Ock said with a smirk.Bullseye and Ock left the cell slamming the door shut."Seeing as you opened my cell door without force then I assume you somehow acquired the security codes to open and lock the doors around here".

Bullseye smiled and winked at Ock.He entered the code locking the cell.Ock smiled maliciously."Excellent.Now then lets get out of this cell block.And we better move fast".Ock picked Bullseye up in a tentacle.He then stood on 2 tentacles and moved quickly down the hallway.They came to the security door to the rest of the complex.

"The guards must still be investigating the little brown out I caused.Ok Bullseye this where we go our separate ways.Here is the plan.I shall make my way to the hangar and acquire a helicarrier".Ock looked at Bullseye and moved in closer and grinned at him."While you will go and find that egotistical amateur Nick Fury and take him hostage.Bring him to the helicarrier."

"Being dressed as a guard you can easily walk up to him and STRIKE!!!" Ock said snapping his tentacle claws as if to reitterate his point."But first I need the access codes to make it to the hangar.And remember timing is critical.I can clear out whatever guards are there.Just make your way back with Fury as soon as you can.The quicker we get out of this tin fortress the better".

 

[Midnight Ice]

"Wolverine didnt answer his comm unit, there must be trouble. He said something to me earlier about hanging out tonight at the SHIELD helicarrier rather than the mansion. Lets make our way to the hellicairrer and see if there is trouble. Ok with you Gambit?"

Bullseye quickly regained his balance as The Doc laid him down on his feet again. He still couldn't get used to being carried around like that.

"Okay Doc, the guard told me the code for all the doors in the prison area were 31647. I'm not sure if those codes apply for the rest of the SHIELD base, but you can try. I'll meet you in the hangar."

Bullseye placed the helmet on his head and flipped down the visor.

"But first I'll go and pay Nick Fury a little visit."
