Young girl, aged 6 to 9 intelligent and appealing ---> Casie Lang
this is the only one i don't have doubts about.

The fact that almost all of the characters on that list require some comedic skill screams "Edgar Wright's Ant-Man" a lot more to me than "Age of Ultron."
Joss Whedon doesn't do comedy?
Anyway, casting calls released to the general public are for very minor roles and extras. Odds are these are very unimportant characters, probably one-liner comic relief types at best. "I'll have what *she's* having," from When Harry Met Sally type of thing.
Why would Ant-Man start filming *before* AOU, when AOU comes out many months before Wright's film?

Asian male, 30s huge, tough and intimidating, comic ability ---> Radioactive Man
Caucasian male, 30s over 6′, dangerous and rough, comedic ---> Taskmaster
Italian-American male, 50s scary and unusual features, deadpan humour ---> Nefaria
Russian male 30s or 40s, wiry and smart, deadpan humour ----> No idea. Maybe Red Guardian
Male, 20s or 30s Under 58″, smart and funny ---> MODOK
Wright needs to get a head start given how slow he is on everything. He'll still end up finishinghis scriptafter Avengers comes out.
Neferia is too epic to be used in ant man!!
lol, based on the casting call, I don't know who else it could possibly be. Based on the casting call I'm guessing that Radioactive Man is the bad guy in the past. Then in the present, Taskmaster gets asked to steal some equipment from Pym's old lab. Scott Lang is going to be trying to break in as well to get the suit. Lang manages to steal the suit but watches as Taskmaster lifts some equipment of his own. Lang follows Taskmaster to Count Nefaria's lair where MODOK is born.
Taskmaster escapes to cause havoc on the Iron Fist TV show. MODOK kills Nefaria but not until Nefaria injects himself with Extremis. Lang manages to disable MODOK but MODOK manages to be reactivated after the credits where he finds Mandarin's old AIM labs.
I have no idea where Wasp fits into this since I don't know which time period she'll be in. I'm also not sure if Hank's story is going to still be as far back as the 60s.
There may not be any super villains in this. Didn't Wright say that he wanted to concentrate on telling Ant-Man's story and not getting bogged down with having to also set up the villain as well?
How about AIM?
Well in that case they've already been set up, and that's fortunate for Edgar Wright, if he chooses to use them.
On Marvel.com The 50 Greatest Avengers of All-Time list Hank Pym came in at number 7 with Scott Lang at 46. Eric O'Grady didn't make the top 50.
