I rather Ant-Man NOT be a member of the Avengers. He could be a part of the Defenders or help create the Avengers Academy.

Why would Hank Pym and/or Scott Lang NOT be a member of the one group they're actually ASSIGNED to in the comics....??? That's like getting a Martian Manhunter movie and hoping J'on J'onzz doesn't join the Justice League.

Anyway, just popped in to give a Ric Flair "WOOOO" and a Stone Cold "HELL YEAH" to Lilly being confirmed for Ant-Man, and am curious to see who Stoll is being cast for. (And I'm down for whatever, but I hope to god that Egghead *isn't* on the list. That's one of those Silver Age bubble gum villains that could never in a billion years translate to the MCU in any way but pure schlock and camp.)

Corey Stoll could be Ambrose Connor, Crossfire or Egghead if he is playing a villain and if he is playing a non-villain he could be Cassie's Stepdad/Uncle Carl or a made up character like Scott's parole officer, friend or boss.

If Bill Foster is in this film (not sure that he is) it'll continue the trend of ever MCU movie (except the Incredible Hulk) of having at least one black actor play a major role in an MCU movie.

that would be believable. Erica's not a race specific name or anything. I'm not sure who'd they cast though. no one springs to mind; other than Rashida Jones and Rosario Dawson.

fair enough. but I find it easier to think of "Egghead" as a derogatory nickname given to him by the authorities. he's really just a bald horribly evil super genius. it's not like he runs with the egg theme; using exploding eggs or something lame like that. and he was a treasured member of the Intelligencia; in the books.

I get that he was in the recent FF comics with Scott Lang but if he was going to appear in a film it would probably be the Fantastic Four or Guardians Of The Galaxy not Ant-Man.
