Odd that Lilly has yet to read a script so close to filming but I'm sure she will soon.

Probably the case so it's not like she'll be going in blind to entire script. She may have read the old script, not the new one.
Looks like Evangeline Lilly is playing Hope Van Dyne, a daughter of Hank Pym's. Stoll will be playing Darren Cross aka Yellowjacket.
Yeah, I'm thinking that "Hope" is Wasp.
The footage begins as a shot moves through a lab.
We see beakers filled with colored liquids..
A glass cage with an anthill inside
We hear Rudd and Douglas talking
Pym tells Lang that he wants him to be Ant-Man because he's a regular guy
It sounds like he has no love lost for The Avengers
Rudd is terrified
"Geez Lang," says Pym, "You'd think someone only shrunk your balls."
It cuts to a rooftop. Ant-Man is there, tiny
It looks like he's being pursued by full-size people
An Ant lands and Lang climbs on his back, still terrified
Pym talks to Lang through the helmet, guiding him
It looks like the helmet is damaged and Lang is having some trouble
It looks like he's inside a computer maybe
Pym tells him to run and he jumps off a huge ledge
A flying Ant catches him as he falls and the logo comes up!
The MCU has done many things away from the 616 universe so your outrage is a bit late to the party. So no Janet van Dyne or Hank Pym as Avengers. This 616 history disrespect slippery slope is becoming very dangerous (they are already having to retcon IM3), and is bitterly ironic for a studio which was formed - among other things - to prevent overly revisionist bullcrap in the cinematic medium.
Marvel Studios has done many good things, but this project has been a disgrace and a disaster.
Because of my lack of knowledge of comic books, I'm going into Ant Man with an open mind.
Accompanied by a voiceover conversation between Rudd’s Lang and Douglas’ Pym, the footage opened with a shot tracking through a lab. Douglas sounded like he was trying to convince Rudd to do something, saying “Superheroes—what a goddamn joke. You’re doing this because it’s the right thing to do.”
Reluctantly, Pym agrees (again, in voiceover only), and we then saw Ant-Man running along a rooftop in ant-sized form. He was wearing an updated version of the suit, but since he’s a novice, Lang appeared to have some trouble operating it correctly as Pym talked him through it, saying, “Use the helmet to call the ants.” We saw him jump on top of a flying ant as alarms sounded, and Ant-Man then flew off through the city.

Douglas confirms that there's a heist and that he's mentoring Rudd to take over as Ant-Man
Douglas says that Corey's Darren Cross has taken the company in an evil direction so he recruits Rudd to be the new Ant-Man
Stoll is Douglas' business partner
He takes the company Pym runs in "a different direction"
Stoll says Cross was Hank Pym's mentee
Now he's taken over the company. He says some people think of the direction as "evil," but he's just taking it into the future
Stoll WILL become Yellowjacket in the film, Feige confirms
