At the same time, there is suggestion that the reason that you don't see alot of persons of colour in dancesport is that "the look" they're looking and that gets judged favourably is skinny Europeans (albeit skinny orange Europeans) so there's that dimension to that as well.

I don't know. I doubt there is a lack of interest in competitive dancing in various ethnic cultures. I think the sport has become very eurocentric, at best.

I'd say this is just like Chappelle's Whiteface and RDJ's Blackface. Or even the Wayan's brother's White Chicks (mixed in with the comedic effect of seeing men dressed as women). I've read some things about her in terms of her diva/crazy attitude. So, it might not be worth it.
