I cant say Ive ever had what I would call bad service so I've always tipped. Ive never over-tipped on purpose. Im really stupid when it comes to math so sometimes I'll just put money down regardless of if it's probably overpaying.
However, I think tipping sometimes is stupid.
I used to go to this Chinese buffet in my college town and basically all the waitress did was bring us water/soda. I dont see why I should tip them really.
One time, my friend didnt wanna pay and the waitress (small 5'5 girl) said "You have to give money" and basically bullied him into giving a tip. It was funny to hear the story as I wasn't there. And honestly I would probably wouldve buckled too because I like the restaurant, would like to go back, and I like to avoid confrontation.
Also I think it's stupid when they add gratuity and then ask for an additional tip. I dont get it
I try to counter most black stereotypes, especially thuggery.
Except for laziness and fried chicken. I'm not going to break a sweat or give up fried chicken for anyone.
I never got the fried chicken stereotype. Damn near everyone who likes chicken likes the taste of fried chicken. So I dont get where the stereotype comes from.
One time one of my friends made a joke about me liking and eating fried chicken and I turned to him and said "[Friend's name] do YOU enjoy fried chicken?"
To me that's the most annoying stereotype mostly because that's the one I hear the most and it's annoying to hear a joke everytime I try and eat a certain thing around my white friends.
Dear Brotha,
Who is the finest black women in Hollywood right now in your opinion?

disclaimer: personally, I choose Aisha Tyler
Not counting singers I would say Lupita Nyong'o, Paula Patton or Gabrielle Union off the top of my head. Jessica Lucas is really good looking too.
