We've been in pain for so long, and sony has really stretched it! This trailer should have a tv-spot promoting the trailer (lol)! It should be like:

"ON THE 9'TH"

Open up to Peter, slamming Flash's ass against the school's lockers! Peter says in a pissed off manner, with a hint of tears in his eyes: "Make fun of me being an orphan one_more_time, and you will for the rest of your life be eating food through a straw!"

Just got home from chilling in the beautiful weather that manifests New York today.


So the trailers been classified! AWESOME. And does anyone think Sony will reveal what is going on on Monday in anymore detail or we going to be left in the dark?

Most likely, while there will definitely be media coverage about what went down at the events, don't expect Sony themeselves to do anything more than announce the trailer for thursday and ask if anyone went to the events.

The weight of this movie is on Rhys Ifans and the visual effects artists. I have confidence in Webb, but the Lizard is such a complicated and audacious thing that cartoony CGI and a weak performance could ruin the villain and thus the whole movie. But if this trailer shows a considerable amount of the Lizard and he looks awesome, I have a serious feeling this could be a Dark Knight-killer. Does anyone else feel the same?

I feel like the fact that they're using less CGI for Spider-Man and using more practical effects that they can use more of their CGI budget on perfecting the Lizard.

Emma will be in Brazil on Monday to promote the movie there. Since everyone else pretty much evens out, I'll say that Andrew will be in NYC promoting it.
