I love Tim Burton's version of Gotham City (it is hands-down the best depiction of Gotham City in live action). And I really enjoy his interpretations of the characters. They're basically the versions I grew up with. As such, when I heard they were bringing Keaton back in the Flash movie AND doing a Burton Batman comic to continue the story, I was PUMPED.
With all that being said, I really wish Quinones would've just drawn the characters as they appeared on screen. The in-your-face animated series influences on Batman and Catwoman just don't work for me.
His Billy Dee Williams Two-Face, while obviously BTAS-inspired, looks cool (I love the suit, it definitely feels Burton-y) and even though Robin looks like a homemade Arkham City Robin, it isn't a deal-breaker. It fits the tone of the films, imo. I wish he would have stuck with the Bat and Cat designs from his original pitch to DC.
