From the 4 films, this one is the weakest.
Only the end battle and joker are cool.
It’s okay to be very wrong.

Spin Master 89 Batman Movie Tribute Retro Figures
Following their 89 Batman Movie Retro Batmobile Vehicle that was announced this past summer, Spin Master is releasing new 89ish Movie 4 figures featuring Battoynewsi.com
Yeah, it does seem like they were very careful not to give any of the figures a particularly strong likeness. Which isn’t all that crazy for a 4 inch figure, but when you blow up the image and put it right up front on the packaging…![]()
I'm cackling at Bob the Goon looking like He-Man.
It's interesting because Mezco seemed to have no problem securing likeness rights for their line.Yeah, it does seem like they were very careful not to give any of the figures a particularly strong likeness. Ehh. If they’re the same price as the Superman: The Movie line-up, I’ll definitely pick up a Batman and Joker.

Ive seen that too and was a bit surprised, because is that a big deal?I’ve seen rumors that McFarlane has gotten the OK to do a Nicholson Joker figure.
Grain of salt, of course, but with a year left holding the DC license, he’s got a decent amount of time to get it done.
If they're able to do that then they absolutely need to make a Batman and Robin Bane to complete the Burton/Schumacher rogue's gallery.I’ve seen rumors that McFarlane has gotten the OK to do a Nicholson Joker figure.

I don't think it's impossible for companies to make Nicholson Joker figures, just expensive. I think whatever deal he made when he signed on for the role as far as getting a percentage of merchandising royalties still stands.Ive seen that too and was a bit surprised, because is that a big deal?
Didnt Hot Toys and Several other companies do a 1989 Joker figure before?
I’ll give Todd a (slight) benefit of the doubt and blame that one on Trump. He'll charge out the wazoo for it and scalpers will make it difficult to get anyway.

I’m still irked that Mr. Freeze was the build a figure for that wave when Bane was right there. If they're able to do that then they absolutely need to make a Batman and Robin Bane to complete the Burton/Schumacher rogue's gallery.
