While I think that Jones' performance is horrendous, something has come to my attention. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I might have to concede a point to CountOrlok in regards to the coin debate. In Detective #513, Two-Face is keeping Batman his prisoner in his halfway-house. He flips his coin and the good side comes up in that scan that Orlok posted, so for the "seventh time this week" he won't kill Batman. But then, a few minutes later, he decides to flip his coin again, this time the scarred side comes up, so he decides he has to kill Batman now!
Now, if I remember correctly, Two-Face was taking his duality to extremes in that arc (having two sets of henchmen, for instance) so I'm not sure if this was just a lapse on Gerry Conway's part, or if it was intentional that he could pull something like that (flip the coin a second time) but I would say that, overall, Two-Face is not meant to be able to do that kind of stuff. Also, my memory could be fuzzy, but while I enjoy Gerry Conway, he would often have Batman doing stuff that seemed a little out of character. Joker too. But I might be confusing Conway with someone else.
