I seriously am not sure if one of these already exsist...But I thought?
If one exists and I dont know about it...than why is that? THis should be the biggest and best thread on here.

The appreciation towards Batman.

Everyone has their own reasons.

And this is THE BAT-WORLD SECTION... so it can be full of ANYTHING.

Comics, Toys, TAS, Live Action, Costumes...ANYTHING.

Any reason why you love Batman, what he has done for you and why he inspires you. What is so great about him.

Post pictures, explanations, panels from comics, scenes from movies, clips from TAS...ANYTHING!

So to kick it off, here is my first post.

This is one reason why BATMAN, is the supreme kick-azz ultimate hero of all time...and as I like to call him...SUPERHERO (because I know some people don't refer to him as a SUPERhero)

The fact that Batman is always one step ahead of everywhere (without them knowing, even if they are more powerful than he is)...I love it...

I've loved Batman all my life. My parents werent around too much to raise me so BTAS and comics raised me. As I got older I started to appreciate how he can do amazing things and only be human. All the training and discipline he went through is awesome. Hes got training under almost every skill. I hate people who say that Batman uses only gadgets because hes rich. And of course I love how badass/dark Batman is. He doesnt take sh1t. Also I think he has the best rogues gallery.

Batman has inspired me from an early age to train hard in weightlifting and martial arts. I had alot of anger growing up with lack of parents so I learnt how to channel my anger properly. Some people would think its cheesy how a fictional character can help out someones life, but I think its cool.

Well, for me, it's pure admiration for the character. Aside from the obvious good looks and wealth, I envy his drive and determination.
Here's a guy who, as a child, witnessed the most horrible thing a child could ever witness...he could EASILY have given in to rage and become Frank (The Punisher) Castle..instead he decided to do his best to spare others such tragedy WITHOUT stooping to his enemy's level....

His willpower is phenomenal. remember Rock Of Ages from JLA? In this future-story, Batman was tortured for something like fifteen years iirc, by Darkseids minions, but they couldnt break him. He actually broke THEM.

Or even the FIRST JLA arc, when Batman is the last member of the JLA who hasnt been captured...The White Martians make the mistake of dismissing him, and he sneaks into their strong hold, and begins to systematically eliminate them one by one...their leader is raging "he's just one human!" while nearby, the captured Superman laughs quietly to himself and thinks: "the most dangerous human on the planet"....Batman IS only human, yet he is able to walk shoulder to shoulder with beings who are virtual GODS, and he has their respect....

His battle-savvy and detective skills are second to none.

So in closing; i guess Batman is all the things i am not, but aspire to BE.
