It has a lot of traffic and has a pretty nice library of old fights. That is the best I can say about it. Nearly everyone is a fanboy, and it is heavy on the racism, sexism and the bigotry. So for the few voices making sense, everyone else makes their decision on racial or general fanboy lies.

I have visited boxing scene and you are 100000% right! That scene is so divisive that I stopped going to it. There seems to be no middle ground at all with any fighter. Either you love or hate the guy. Haven't been there in months.

It's not being swept away, Nike dropped him and I assume more will follow suit. There actually is a big ruckus about it, a lot of news sites are picking up on the story.

And not to bring him up, but Mayweather has said racist and anti-gay remarks in the past, even as recently as bring up Oscar's cross-dressing and it's been swept under the rug.

There is a double standard, not just the way you think.

You can't really believe that. Before those two fought, they were bringing up things Mayweather said or did from 3-5 years prior. And it wasn't sports websites or channels, it was places that never talk about boxing. All of a sudden, his conviction was news again. It was 10x the circus this is. I can't see anything about this unless I'm going to places that talk boxing specifically. I don't remember Mayweather ever saying a certain type of person should be put to death. I could be wrong....

Andre Ward fights Barrera tonight. It's a really tough test for Ward IMHO. Looking forward to it.

I don't think it's an easy fight for Ward as a lot of people think. Cubans tend to be very schooled in the sport and the guy has one punch knock out power.

I'm not, Ward is on a whole other level compared to most guys. I'm telling you now that Kovalev fight isn't going to be what everyone thinks, I believe Ward will beat him quite easily.

I think Ward has the skill to beat him, it's just that Kovalev has one punch power. Plus if Ward beats Kovalev easily, then GGG will never fight him then. I honestly don't think GGG will ever have a big money fight.

It's not just skill, he's a rough fighter man, he's far from finesse and I don't know how well Kovalev will react to somebody who isn't trying to move away from him constantly. Inside fighting (and defending against it) is a lost art, and Ward is a master at it.

Kovalev has more skill then people seem to understand. He is a very good boxer, with great foot work, who won't be deterred by getting hit. He can control distance just as well as Ward. He also knows how to not get hit and hits in ways that punish people. If Ward went flat footed against Kovalev, he is losing. The way Barrera hit him, I have no doubt Kovalev will land on him.

Kovalev land's flush and it's over. But Ward is slick enough to movie out quicker than others.
