Nathan Jones for NoN. Towering in at 6'11" and 360 pounds of rock hard muscle. Not sure about his acting, as he has only had limited speaking lines in movies. Ohh, wait this is NoN we are talking about. t:

I always figured Doomsday should be more like the CG the hulk from TIH and would be bigger than any human, even a 7ft bodybuilder like Nathan Jones.

There are some huge powerful guys in the DC universe who would not need any speaking lines, Non was the most obvious, as he is a mute.

Then again, Jones has had some good movie fight scenes, and he could do the motion capture, and even muscle movement capture (the way real muscle flex when they move) for a CG Doomsday.

Jones actually has alot of presence in a shot. He's got good body language as well. He'd make a good Darkseid or Apocalypse and then voiced by another actor.

He is also one of those guys who's physique tends to vary. In the photo you posted, while he looks jacked, he is not nearly as huge as he got by the time TROY was filmed.

I recall an interview a while back where he said he does not push himself super hard year round, and his weight can vary as much 50 pounds within 6 months, which seems like a lot, but not when you are talking a 7ft tall and thick bone frame.

He said he was about 350-360 at 5% bodyfat when TROY was filmed, as that was when he was still working for WWE and wanted to look as ripped and huge as possible. He quit wrestling in 2003, and since then mostly just does character acting. He said he feels more comfortable being "only" about 290-310 most of the time these days.

If he was to do the body acting for someone like Darkseid I'd like it if he bulked up again to the mass he had when TROY was filmed.
