Colossus could get on the plane in full metal form and they wouldnt blink an eye. Besides, y fly domestic when u have the X-Jet!?

I wonder if they will hint towards the Kitty/Colossus friendship/relationship at all in the movie?

Arent they doing Iceman/kitty? That could have changed since the aicn review, but I guess they could hint on it in a subtile way.....

I hope they at least hint, cause Bobby/Kitty just seems, I don't know. Maybe I just picture Bobby and Kitty from the comics too much, when so far Bobby is nothing like himself in the movies, and Kitty is, well Kitty has no personality yet in the movies. Lol. The past two, she was just eye candy in the special effects department.

I've got a vague feeling that Kitty won't have a big role as some may have think. With Colossus, I would rather give a bigger role than Kitty. I just find him more interesting. At the sametime, you need a new 'female' X Student. Well, I would still prefer Jubilee over Kitty. I don't know..I never liked Kitty I'm sorry to say. (Kicks the wall)

Kitty is awesome. As is Jubilee. But I prefer Jubes over her. So yeah, if I could pick who would be the one with the bigger role in three it'd be Ms. Jubilation Lee.

I never got Kitty, though I understand and respect her signifance within the X-Men mythos. I just think she's...boring. Maybe this movie will change my mind...maybe I need to read more comics that featured her in the group..

Have you read Astonishing X-Men? Whedon does a very good job of making someone love Kitty. That's how I came across going back and finding a newfound love for Shadowcat.

Have Kitty and Piotr gotten back together in Astonishing? I havent read it since he came back.

I see I see. I'm trying to get back into comics. I had an exgirlfriend (yes I'm a guy..I need to change my screenname..some people think that I'm a chick!) who loved comics and influenced me. That kind of made think about coming back to comics.....

I've got a question: There's so many X-Men comic books. Which is the main one? And do they take place in the 'same universe'? You know what I mean? Let's say one comic featured Cyclops and Wolverine..and the other featured Jean and Storm right. So if Wolverine made appearance in the Storm/Jean comics, would that be the same Wolverine in the Wolverine/Cyclops comics? Confused? I know..

(Right now, I'm collecting all of the Batman TPBs, along with some Frank Miller/Alan Moore stuff as well!)

All take place in the same universe currently except Exiles, I believe. Which it in itself sometimes crosses over into main 616 continuity.

Wolverine stars in all three X-Teams. Astonishing, X-Men, and Uncanny.

And I don't recall if Piotr and Kitty are back together yet, I just know that she was having those old feelings stirring up again.

But let's say Cyclops was in one series (Astonishing right?), but doesn't appear in the other X Titles. But in both titles, Wolverine would be featured... Do they explain that, Bill? It's the same team right?

Well, the teams are split in three, but Wolverine is in all three. Wolverine manages to make his way around the world during his solo adventues and help Havok's team out which mainly deals with traveling alot, while also helping out Storm's team also, and Cyclop's team. It's all explained.

It's damn complicated to maintain continuity within three different series I must say!

I really like Ultimate Colossus look, Thats the uniform I'd most like to see adapted to screen.

He's also a member of the Avengers.

Is it needed for Colussus to show off his legs? It looks cool in 'metal mode' but he's in 'normal' mode, he's just wearing panties for everyone to see.

I think his look for X-Men Legends, would also be a good uniform for the screen, and it's already black like the rest of the X-Men team members.
