Which one was Porstmouth? At first I thought it was the Rhode Island town where the JLA first shacked up (which would make it a real city) but that was actually Happy Harbor.

He also does literally anything medicine-related for the heroes. Need a band-aid? Mid-Nite's your man. Forensic crime scene analysis? Mid-Nite's your man. Analyzing some exotic chemical compound? Mid-Nite, of course. Seriously, I like Dr. Mid-Nite and all, but he's becoming as boring with medical stuff as Batman was with detective stuff before the Elongated Man made his big comeback.
