A truly wonderful job. Looks pretty damn close to everything we heard and have seen so far. Even the "Nike", I mean Flash sneakers.

Though, if I'm allowed a little nitpick, fabric parts should be of darker red than the chest area.

I really love the traditional flash costume but it does seem odd that his mouth and eyes are exposed. Do they ever address this in the comics?

The eyes thing is based on the concept art of his head tilted up. But then it was revealed that his eyes are like the normal suit, because this obviously looks ugly

Since you mentioned why the eyes and mouth are revealed in the comics, it's because his body can resist burning up or tearing apart at that speed, he just has a suit like Batman or Captain America to hide his identity solely.
