I just hope that when thwy do Flash they make sure to go for a runner's physique. And a swimmer for Aquaman.
That's a cool logical concept, but how well can you see that through a costume. I'm sure you'll be able to see they're not very muscular, but tone doesn't show up well through any substantial fabric.
No, it's been confirmed that the next JJ Abrams Star Trek movie will bring back George Takei, and follow Captain Sulu on his adventures with the Eccelssior.
Chris Pine is free to do the Flash, and it can only be him.
And this time, young Sulu goes to the future to team up with him! Takei. Cho. STAR TREK II: The Wrath of Con.
The southern one gets on my nerves. I live in Kentucky and the accents are not bad here at all.
Come on down here to Alabama. We'll help you out with that "light accent" problem.
So, on the movie I have the same ideas I've always had:
Title: "The Flash"
Story: Barry Allen, CSI, is a methodical slowpoke, is too slow to get a promotion, solve the boomerang killer case, talk to the cute reporter Iris West who lives across the hall, but agrees to babysit her nephew Wally anyway. They meet Barry's old eccentric college buddy Albert Desmond and he invites them to tour his lab. Something goes wrong, a lightning storm short circuits everything and then explodes one of Desmond's experiments, Barry and Wally are caught in the explosion. Barry receives powers and Wally's in the hospital. Desmond sees the accident has unlocked the key to his experiment and he now has a Philospher's stone like device. Meanwhile, Barry uses his powers to fix stuff in his life, but the speed has consequences. Desmond helps him acquire a suit. Barry goes up against the boomerang killer, who calls himself Captain Boomerang and finds the guy is hard to find. Desmond becomes Dr. Alchemy and tries to fix the city the way a scientist might, but people don't like being told what to do. These conflicts escalate, with Iris being involved as a reporter and victim, Flash finds that moving too fast causes him to miss things sometimes too, the two villains meeting and Alchemy being convinced that he's on the right path. After Wally wakes up to encourage him, Flash manages to finally catch Captain Boomerang and rescue Iris, but by that time, his buddy Desmond is a full fledged villain making walls out of nothing, sinkholes out of everything, and other cool transmutation tricks. Flash finds balance, between moving fast and actually being slow and methodical and wins the battle by waiting out Desmond's abilities and then unleashing the speed.
Special Effects: Blurs and whooshes in general, but specifically a lot of bullet time with AugCog highlights and a special uber-bullet time for when he's going really fast and everything seems to completely stop.
