CGI is best for his hair when he goes CGI unless they can use some kind of dye that makes the hair look as good as it can be without looking fake.

totally agreed. even if he'd just kept his long hair without spiking it...it still would've looked better than what they're trying to do now imo.

I love the above hair. He's half way to Super Saiyan or at the very least ordinary saiyan hair! He reminds me of Bebi Vegeta a little bit! lol

You forget this isnt the anime or manga this is a DB movie so they can change things...plus Goku is 17-18 in this movie and isnt fully grown yet and saiyan`s hair stops growing when they are fully grown

Full-blooded Saiyans just don't have to deal with hair growth period. Vegeta said it himself when him and Trunks cameout of the Room of Spirit and Time and people were commenting on Trunks' hair getting longer and Vegeta's staying the same.
