I just got off of Mass Tabs so I'm not going to use any supplements for a while. Do you have any suggestions on what to take? Except steroids and that sort of thing of course :oldrazz:

Food, protein(whey/casein) and you might wanna look into creatine.

So apparently I'm allergic to the metal handles on the one machine I use the most of at the gym. A part of my arms have broken out, and I know it's from contact. Now I have to wrap up my arms like a mummy when I use it.
On a good note, I'm down 5 lbs!

You kiddin, you get to wrap your arms and hands like Sagat from Street Fighter! :D

My short term goal is to get superhero big for the conventions next year. I will stop trying to be big after next year and focus just on strength like I'm used to. Long term goal is to be one of the strongest guys out there, max out my strength while I'm still in my physical prime.

I'd kill to be able to go as a superhero at a convention. I'd need to gain a lot more muscle and lose some more fat. Those outfits are quite revealing haha.

I thought about/wanted to do this a year or two ago. Wanted to be Daredevil or Green Lantern. Never really focused on it. However, I have some clear and concise goals right now and a good program that I designed. So who knows....maybe next year.

It was only a matter of time I guess.

I would love to go to a convention as a superhero, thing is, not many superheros look like me. I could maybe pull off Nightwing, but it would come off as Indian-Nightwing. LOL. Not many heroes are dark with long hair.

I'd like to get big enough to go as Ultimate Captain America and look authentic size wise. That'd be awesome.

Finished the Chicago Marathon in under 4:30, a new PR!
Anyone who even attempts a marathon is certifiably INSANE. In a good way, of course. :o

Congrats! :awesome:

As for me, I've been working out more at the gym, hoping to build up some muscles in my spindly arms of mine, as well as build up muscle overall. (Long-term goals. My parents are only in their 50s and they're complaining how they're too frail to do anything. :o ) It's actually working - between that and trying to schedule my eating better, I've gained about 5 lbs in the past month. :yay:

I am pleased to announce that I have returned to my classic 30 inch waistline. Dayum skippy!!! :cmad::up:

A marathon is insane, but it feels so incredible to cross that finish line, knowing you've done something the great majority of the planet will never even attempt.

I certainly hope you didn't have to walk home afterward.

I haven't worked out in a week. I blame poor sleeping habits and life. Although I should be able to work out/shoot ball round...5pm.

I was a 32 when I started P90x. I KNOW I've slimmed down a little bit.. I'll know Wednesday when I do my end of month measurements.

Wow, even many women can't accomplish that.
Guys with 30-inch waists (which would include my dad and my boyfriend) make me nervous, because it's not too far off from my own waist measurement...and I'm an underweight woman! :lmao:

Then again I fail at this "looking womanly" thing. I've got the body of a 12-year-old boy. :o

LOL Well, this fits in with my overall proportions. I am only 5'11 and a true mesomorph build if there ever was one. I know genetics play a role here though.
