would be nice but day probably wouldnt want to do a comic film. Though who knows alot of folks you wouldnt think to do a comic film have done one or are working on one so maybe a slime shot.

true it is interesting to see guys these days we never really expected to see do a comic film do a comic film .

i personally dont care much for leo myself. But he would be a good name to have on board for superman.

^I would rather see him in Batman than Superman but if it was up to me I would say he shouldn't be in either of them.

DDL will never, ever do a comic book film. He's even pretty much said so. And though some actors have changed their minds after saying such things... this is Daniel Day "I only do one movie every 4 years" Lewis.

I think that Depp and DiCaprio as Lex would not work out so well. I think Jon Hamm would be okay, and Viggo Mortensen could be great. however, my one, and only pick for the next Lex Luthor, wud be who i wud cast for theClark and Lex as friends and contemporaries angle of Smallville, and that choise would be Chris Pine from Star Trek

the man is a rly soild actor, and can convey cocky charm that Lex needs rly well. i have faith that he'd be a kick-ass Lex Luthor

I love Pine...but he would be miscasted as Luthor. At the moment he is more the quinessential hero and would be an awesome superhero (GL?)

He also seems a little young looking to play this role. When I think of Luthor I cannot help but to see the version from TAS.

man, i suggested him two pages down, and no one made a peep.

he would be awesome. has a good bald look, can play a smart villain as in DIE hard, and would be physical on par with superman (look and age wise)

Actually he has been mentioned on here many times before by numerous posters.

i wouldnt mind tim, i dont follow his work much. But he is a decent pick.

there's not really that much work. those are the only major two, and a recent one called crazies which he headlined.

I wouldn't want Sewell as Lex. He does great as a villain but he's played a villain too many times and each time the villain is pretty much the exact same as the one he played before it.

I see Rufus Sewell as more on evil Kryptonian villian or something of that sort.

So long as there's not an age limit on the role, what about Victor Garber? I could see him making for a good Lex.
