^I wouldn't want Strong anyway. It seems like he's always playing a villain in movies and that's rather dull.

I really would like to see either Bruce Willis or Daniel Day Lewis play Lex. My first choice would be Bruno,I think he would nail it out of the park!

I'm a big supporter of Bettany for Lex. He'd really ace a charming yet cold, calculating, and manipulative Luthor. Has anyone heard him do an American accent though? Just wondering.

Denzel Washington would be good. So would Day-Lewis, Depp, Viggo Mortensen, Tom Hanks, Clancy Brown, or Russell Crowe.

Spacey was my dream Luthor since high school, so seeing him only do it once would be kind of a disappointment. However I could easily get behind Paul Bettany or Billy Zane

I like spacey's work, but I really really disliked his Lex..I know he played it the way it was written, but still, I just never felt like I was seeing Lex up there. His performance didn't pull me in.

I don't know if anyone has suggested him before (and the thread is too long to read through), but Timothy Olyphant would be a good Lex, too, in my opinion.
