As I know 1st POTC had script, which followed Jr. novel.

And there are only 2 fights, Jack vs. Nortington vs. Will and Elizabeth vs. Davy's crew.

Well, the junior novel for Epi. 3 ROTS was pretty close to what was in the movie. The junior novel for SR basically has the same elements as the regular novel, only that the novel got the chance to expand on itself because of the need to be a novel.

I'm not taking this junior novel as set in stone, just pretty close to the finished product.

^ When I was shopping for the Dead Man's Chest junior novel I actually noticed that they had other junior novels detailing Jack Sparrow's teen years as a stowaway. The first one is actually pretty good. I wouldn't mind if they based a show off of it.

And also, they leave the third movie open for a fourth. In fact, there were rumours of the 4th movie back even before they started 2 and 3.

The third movie is about the pursuit of immortality. Jack Sparrow alone survives being eaten by a Kraken. So I imagine they'll have a way to work in a fourth film.
