Yeah i think i was confusing that and also there was a recent XBOX 360 model that had a small hdd as well i believe.

Yeah, it was a 4GB system, but you don't need to install games on it, though you're pretty limited in terms of XBLA games.

I've gotten by since 2005 on a 20GB hard drive.

Not discs but there's speculation that Gaikai might be used to stream PS3 content

Nope, so you can save your PS3 or you can digitally purchase them on your PS4.

Well thats good because I intend to keep my PS3 anyway. I never tried stream I have to move on with the new crowd.

Same here, once we know more about PS4 i'll probably get the one with more saved data utility and purchase off some HD games for the PS4, i only bought Stranger's Wrath HD and Final Fantasy 9 on my PS3, but i'll check out more on this Stream stuff, i'm just so old fashioned i always like the concept of discs.

I'll be keeping my PS3 too for a while,I'm also more into discs than digital But I've been wanting to go more digital and have been recently with PS+.

I can see myself downloading/streaming PS1-3 games on PS4 over time,Games I missed or never even got to try.

yeah, that's really the make or break issue for me now. So far, I'm liking what I'm hearing from Sony, not liking what I'm hearing from MS.

it will really depend on who's gonna charge for online play/features.

I'd prefer if PS4 was BC as I'd trade up straightaway, no decision to make. I can totally understand why it's not possible with the unique PS3 architecture but a shame nonetheless. I'm already way too cluttered with gaming devices and wires

Nice little video,I like the identifier colors concept But the bar for it on the controller seems to big/long for me,I'd be more into it IF we can chose our colors or have some decals/patterns though!

The one thing I hope they have addressed with the new controller is how it will fit into big hands. I have big hands and the current controllers are just so small. I much prefer the size of the XBOX 360 controller. I know many times when I'm playing a FPS, like COD, I will be pressing the R1 button, and I wind up pressing the R2 button at the same time. That's because the controller is so dang small for my hands. With that said, it looks like they put a little more meat on it, so hopefully it will fit in my hands better.

I think the size of the DS3 is fne as it is. There will never be a one size fits all controller as there are a wide array of hands that will use the system, from small kids to large men. You make it bigger and it'll feel less comfortable to one group of people. Make it smaller and same thing. I personally think they should just stick with the same relative size they have and not adjust it

I disagree. I think they could stand to make it just a little bigger. I believe that would be a good middle ground for everyone. I also think it would be nice, though not likely to happen, if they made different size controllers that are official SONY controllers. Those aftermarket controllers were crap, IMO. Granted I haven't tried them all, but the ones I have tried were horrible.

it'll be a better fit for you, not necessarily other people. Im telling you any changes to the size will alienate some people bc everyone has different sized hands. I believe one of the original reasons it was the size it is is bc Japanese people traditionally have smaller hands so it was made with that in mind and it is Sony's home market. This form at least is familiar and what they've been working with for nearly 20 years now. I like that Sony is at least consistent going from console generation to the next. Even so, the alterations with the DS4 are the most drastic changes they've done since then. Hopefully it will at least feel comfortable

My hands aren't tiny, but the DS3 felt just fine, to me. My main problem was the first version of it, which felt far too light. When they finally added rumble to PS3 controllers, it felt much better.

As far as the DS4, I'm in the crowd that thinks the Playstation line of controllers are some of the, if not the, best controllers for home consoles period. I just like the feel. They didn't smash my fingers against the back like SNES, and Genesis. They weren't overly large, or have akwardly placed buttons like the N64, original Xbox, and Dreamcast. They felt just right. So I'm glad they're keeping the basic feel the same.

Though after seeing the videos, I am worried the controller might be too small. Also to one of the above comments, I'd have np with different official sized controllers either. More options are rarely a bad thing. I'm not going to write Sony angry letters if they don't, and it's not like any other console maker does it either. I'm just saying if they did, I'd be fine with it.

The DS4 controller looks like the same size or an inch or bigger than DS3,I have big hands and so the Xbox controllers are the perfect size for me..However the DS controllers feel decent enough in my hands,An inch or so bigger would be very nice But smaller than DS3 would suck for me!
