I think Microsoft will be releasing it but they haven't announced it yet

and that's why I'm going to wait at least a year before buying either next-gen console.

who knows........by XMAS next year, MS might wise up and release that Kinect free X1.

I won't be looking at the Xbone UNTIL they take out the mandatory Kinect and drop the price. If Kinect-less Xbone drops 200 dollars.. We'll talk. Until then, PS4 and PC only for me.

The only thing that makes me even think of the Xbone is Halo 5..and that's for the story..Since MLG ruined Halo for me.

Halo 4 was fun, but I think Bungie is what made the Halo gameplay really great for me. I have no problem not playing 343's Halo 5 with Bungie's Destiny around the corner. But I am curious what the next-gen Halo 5 will be like. Maybe it will have a similar appeal that Halo 3 did when it came out on the 360. Halo 4 didn't make as much of a splash as that one did.

Yes some more good news! It looks like my Sony Wireless headset would still be compatible with PS4

PS4 will support PS3 wireless headsets

Veteran television screenwriter Michael Angeli, known for his work on TV series Battlestar Galactica, Dark Angel and Caprica, is working with God of War developer Sony Santa Monica on an all-new project.

Angeli said at this morning's Battlestar Galactica panel at San Diego Comic-Con he's working on a new video game with Sony that's not a God of War title. Speaking with Angeli after the panel, he said he's been doing writing on the game for the past two and a half years. After the studio wrapped development on God of War: Ascension for PlayStation 3, he said, the full team of about 150 staffers transitioned to work on the new and still unannounced project.

Due to the unannounced nature of the project, Angeli said he couldn't elaborate on the game or the platform, but said that his Battlestar Galactica work, as well as his journalism background, helped him land the writing gig.

Not God of War! Great! If yet another (sci-fi) shooter, hype deflated. No platform announced but maybe it's PS4, though Sony seems to be really pumping the PS3 releases this year and Vita is always a question mark.

That's cool. I like GOW, but that's a pretty solid studio, so it'd be cool to see what they may do as a new IP.

every first party studio has been confirmed to be working on PS4 titles. We only know of a few. This is most likely SM's for the system

Yes there's Killzone and Destiny and many other FPS and TPS shooters that are already coming to PS4. It's a saturated genre. Can't say any of them excite me. Except maybe a survival horror game like The Evil Within.

There's been like 6 original GoW games in the past 8 years (excluding collections and that Java game), which averages out to 1 GoW game every 1.3 years which I agree is ridiculous. I don't think character action or action/adventure games are a saturated genre though.

Not everything has to be original,As long it has a great story with cool characters and FUN gameplay.. pretty much any genre is welcome

Killzone is the only shooter that still looks intereting to me. I don't care about Call of Duty anymore or any other.
