I'd get that deal. Killzone is the game I want most & I'd want a 2nd controller. I think they should have given a 2nd top game rather than the Eye. I think more people would have gone for it and it would have stood out even more.

Bundle containing Killzone, camera and two DualShocks - 499 Euro. In the UK that evens out to £430, same as an Xbox One by itself. Not bad.

Edit: Although I guess it's only fair to state that a Kinect is 'bundled' with the Xbox One too.

I don't even really want to play Killzone but I would get that bundle.

Holy snap, Id definetly get that bundle. For $100 more, you'd get a game, DS4 AND camera. Thats a savings of $80

someone asked about PlayStation home once I think it was Luistx here's what happening to that.

PlayStation Home won't receive new content in Japan starting next month, while other regions in Asia will stop seeing Home updates starting March 2014. But don't fret just yet, Home users in North America and Europe: According to Sony Computer Entertainment's announcement, the PS3 avatarium will continue to be updated weekly in your regions.

While maybe not the focal point it once seemed it might be, Home has been going strong for nearly five years, featuring content updates that have included new areas, games, gear, and other goodies. It's even been a hub to watch Sony events from, like the PS4 reveal.

Whether or not today's news signals the beginning of the end for Home remains to be seen. Back in 2011, Sony said PlayStation Home had been visited by 23 million users worldwide, a fair deal of those happy to stump up cash in the virtual world.

Yeah I asked,Not looking good for a PS4 run But maybe they'll do something similar or something

Amazon put up a new PS4 Launch Bundle, comes with a second DS4. All of their other bundles have been sold out for awhile, so get this if you missed out! Probably won't last long.

Sony’s Shuhei Yoshida Confirms That You Can Fully Install Disc Games on the PS4′s Hard Disk, Shares More on DualShock 4
A few days ago SCE Worldwide Studios President Shuhei Yoshida caused a bit of confusion about the installation of disc-based games on the PS4, by saying “you cannot install a disk version onto HDD.” He meant that the only way to play a game without the disc in the drive will be to use a digital copy but the sentence didn’t come out as intended, probably due to the language barrier.
Today he confirmed that users will indeed be able to fully install disc-based games on the PS4′s hard disk, but they’ll still have to keep the disc in the drive for verification.

Update: Yoshida-san mentioned while responding to another question that only the internal hard drive can be used for the purpose. Games cannot be installed on external drives.

He also shared a juicy little tidbit of information on the 3.5 mm headphones connector that can be found on the DualShock 4 controller:

Unlike the 2.5 mm connector built in the Xbox 360′s controller, the one on the Dualshock 4 won’t just be used for voice chat, but instead you’ll be able to select its purpose, switching from voice chat to the game’s audio.
That’s a quite handy feature, especially when you want to play at night without keeping the whole apartment awake and without being hindered by connecting your headphones to the TV, defeating the purpose of having a wireless controller to begin with. Good thinking there, Sony.

Bc of space limitations, I dont see myself installing games onto the HDD, especialy since the disc needs to be in there to play, unless it provides a significant benefit to loading times

How many of you are planning on getting the PS4 camera? Does anyone have/use the PS3 version?

I have it for the PS3 and never used it outside of Move. With Octodad being the only Move supported game announced so far, I dont plan on using that peripheral anytime soon. Sony really hasnt really showcased the camera much nor how it functions with the DS4 outside of their initial reveal. I might get it eventually when its cheap, but definetly nowhere near launch as there really isnt a case made for it to get it immediately

I doubt I get it, my PS2 and PS3 cameras literally collected dust.. Much like the Kinect.

I might get the camera IF my online homies do so we can video chat and use the Playstation Live spectate mode feature(need a cam for that right?)

That DS4 feature is indeed handy and great,I have a movie theater sound system and so my sounds in the plugs should even better

Guy is stupid though.. He's going to get fired, lose both of his free consoles and the 30+ games he got for free. Hope those 25 hit are worth it.

Saw that Rev3Games played and loved the PS4 at PAX they really went on and on about the Dual Shock 4. Seems most like it way better than the X1's controller.

I've read&seen lots of praise for the DS4,"It just feels right"is the most common comment to sum it up

If I may... Um, I'll tell you the problem with Sony piggybacking the Oculus. It didn't require any discipline to attain it. They read what others had done and they took the next step. Sony didn't earn the knowledge for themselves so they dont take any responsibility for it. They stood on the shoulders of geniuses to accomplish something as fast as they could, and before you even knew what you had, they patented it, and packaged it, and slapped it on a plastic lunchbox, and now here we are.

VR uhh finds a way.
