does the bundled copy of destiny have extra DLC that the regular ps4 destiny does not?

did your bundle come with any extra DLC? like a DLC card or something on the box saying extra DLC included?

oh, and my other PSN ID is Knight8XE ( same as my GT ).

I honestly haven't had any real time to play Destiny, and I want to due it more justice than an hour a day. So I am going to hold off until Friday and Saturday. What little I played I really enjoyed.

that's the only extra DLC I can think of that they'd throw into the bundle. other than the exclusive content the PS4 already gets.

the deal this week for the X1 was just too good to pass up............

besides, the X1 has been impressing me lately with MS frequently updating it with new features and being open about it. plus, they've essentially removed the barriers that turned me away from getting one last year. namely, dropping Kinect, cutting the price, and dropping the Gold paywall.

yeah. I meant, wait for him to try out his copy of Destiny ( or your friend's copy ) and see how he likes the game.

if he likes the game and wants to get a PS4 himself and wants to play the game with you, then you'd probably want to hold on to your copy of Destiny.

actually, since all I've been playing is ghosts (I got minecraft for $5, but how good is that gonna be now that microsoft is buying it -_-) and that is starting to get really really boring. maybe i SHOULD open destiny... i dunno man, i have trouble making decisions, even if they are the simplest of decisions

It's the US. The deal is specifically for US channels such as Nickelodeon, MTV, etc.

I think Viacom made a similar deal with Dish Network over a similar service a while back, so it's not exclusive to just Sony's service. And I would bet that if Microsoft wanted to do something similar, they could easily get them. Sony is actually trying to develop an actual online cable service which is pretty exciting to see.

Okay, so, much like I did for the Wii U, after getting it, just some thoughts.

I really like this thing.

It looks great, so far it's worked great *knocks on wood*, already watched a blu-ray on it. Looks great (the Samsung HDTV probably helps).

I am a tad annoyed that it can't play CD's, but whatever. And I'd ***** about USB support, but I'm going to be patient, and assume that's coming.

I love the controller. I really am impressed with it. The PS3 controller to me always felt (and looked) like... a wireless PS2 controller. Which isn't bad per se, but it really didn't do anything for me one way or the other. The headjack just makes my day.

I actually enjoy playing FPS with this thing.

This machine does have one serious, glaring issue though. The controller battery life is just... bad. Others have said it, but experiencing it first hand... well, it really is an issue.

And though I have few good things to say for the Wii U, at least with that, they gave you a decent length charging cable.

What the hell are we supposed to do here, when we're three hours into Destiny and our PS4 controller starts to die?

If the battery lasts 18 hours, that's one thing. But when your battery only lasts six... I don't know, give a ****ing six foot cable with it?

I'm waiting right now, for it to charge.

So yeah... Sony, might want to do something about that. Otherwise, great console so far.
