Rogue took it's place this year, it seems. They had it on the lightning deal for $25 at Amazon. Actually had it on there twice.

Which is actually a really good deal, but you know they'll rerelease them on the new consoles, so I'm going to wait.

Really haven't been many good deals on new games (i.e. games that came out this month).

But they can afford not to go on sale. Why Watch Dogs is going for 30 or even 40 though... God only knows.

You'll generally see even the newer games on lightning deals on Amazon, but that's about it. This year, though, I don't think there's been any outside Rogue. GTAV is coming up, but it's not clear if it's current or last gen.

I wouldn't lose sleep on Unity. I suspect it will get a price cut sooner than later or at the very least retailers will be putting it on sale. I don't think this will sell as well as past entries bc of all the issues and negative buzz it got. AC usually does great in Nov in part to the BF sale but this title didn't get that same discount, not to mention many of it were sold in that X1 bundle

Ah yeah. I was waiting for the lightning deal for Isolation on Amazon, hoped it'd be cheaper, but it just went live for $30. I'll just get it from Best Buy with some eShop cards they got on sale. No one to be mad at but myself for waiting, but I'm still tiffed that I waited for a sell when I could've bought it all day yesterday at Best Buy and Amazon for $30, and all today at BB for $30, and I just waited almost the entire day for it to go on sale...for the same price.

If I'm not mistaken, they already did the old gen versions either yesterday or earlier today. They usually don't recycle lightning deals like that, although it's entirely possible.

Yeah, well, for one I said "usually" there, but Rogue was kind of weird because it did that back to back. Both versions sold out, and then when the next list (or it may have been the list after next) of items came up they popped up again and started at like 15% claimed or something weird like that. It wasn't really an extended period of time between the two listings, which makes me think there was some type of error.

But as I said, it's entirely possible they will recycle it. I don't particularly give a **** about anything GTAV, just was talking about recent releases on sale.

Picked up my gold headset for $70 from Gamestop today. It's charging now, I did put it on though and it feeels comfy as hell. Thundercrack said Target has the gold headset for $40 on an unadvertised BF special. Had I know that I would have def gone there

Lol, the Amazon GTAV lightning deal just ended up being a reposting of the $399 PS4 bundle that came with it and Last of Us. Someone has a sense of humor up in Amazon's corporate office, someone does.

i bought infamous seond son on the psn. interesting game so far... i was surprised as to how quick the game downloaded and installed within 45 minutes

Infamous SS was a dope game IMO. The graphics are sick, my only nitpick was I just wished there was more to do. I did really enjoy the game it just wasn't compelling enough for me to go through it the second time to get the platinum

Yeah, but it was still available after the deal, too. Amazon really screwed up the end of the night. They had a lot of deals being shown on their Twitch channel, which was not, in any shape or form on the sales page. You just had to refresh the page when the time came for the deal to pop up. They did this for Alien, Mario Kart 8, GTAV, Master Chief Collection, and LBP3. But...the GTAV "deal" was just a reposting of the bundle deal, and then they just kind of gave up and never posted deals for MCC or LBP3, instead just started playing those games on the twitch feed haha.

I am enjoying it so far just met Fetch and started to use Neon Powers which are so freakin awesome! Seattle looks so pretty at night especially contrasted with the neon powers and the rain

Ya the powers are really fun and the visuals in the game are super sweet.
