He actually almost has at times. Besides, I'm not "upset", but he asked the question, and I weighed in, as I explained already. This isn't the first time this has been brought up, either, so I don't think it was uncalled for by any means.

It's alright, like I said I have no problem with you personally, but I honestly do feel like it gets excessive in the mentioned threads. A lot of times it's just repeated complaints or desires. As I mentioned, I understand these are important ideas for you since the all-in-one system is something you want, but after awhile, it just gets really repetitive, especially when there's not any real news about anything.

Obvious by the responses above, for some people, it's not an issue, but it wears me down personally. Post as you wish, I was just throwing out my view.

and I actually appreciate you speaking out. I didn't mean to drive you out of the X1 threads and I certainly don't want to be annoying or make the Hype unpleasant for other posters.

so.....yeah......I'll back off a bit and tone it down. but that doesn't mean I'll stop voicing my opinions. ;)

and come back to the X1 thread, Tron!! don't be a stranger.
 
They certainly could afford to do the same.

350 for a bundle with a game, not including further discounts, is pretty damn tantalizing though.

Everything from Ubisost will be on sale. That's guaranteed. The new Assassin's Creed games Unity and Rogue will be $35 each. Black Flag will likely be around $10-$15. That's their usual sale and I expect them to follow suit this year.

Many other games and movies from various studios will be on sale too. In store and online. Most retailers will keep these sales prices Friday to Sunday. And Assassin's Creed games are stocked in absolutely ridiculous quantities at Best Buy on Black Friday weekend so you shouldnt have any trouble snagging whichever game you want.

Well thats what Ubisoft did with Black Flag last year.

It came out on October 29 and I got it on Black Friday (November 28) for $35. I figure Ubi will do the same with Unity and Rogue.

I mean, if you absolutely cant wait a couple weeks beyond release then grab it release day, but Im waiting until Black Friday to buy Unity and Rogue. Its only a couple weeks more and the chances are very high that both games will be on sale.

Far Cry 4 will likely be on sale as well, but I cant wait for that one. Im buying that game day one full price. I dont even care. I gotta have it asap!
 
I don't know. Unity comes out November 11, that's not that much later, but it is pretty damn close to Black Friday. Won't selling it for 35 on Black Friday hurt the launch?

I'm sure it will be on sale, but that's nearly 50%.

Never played any of the Far Cry games. I might give them a try if the deal is good enough.

Nah the launch will be fine. Due to Ubi's yearly release schedule of AC games and Ubi's constant production of AC games across multiple studios they are fairly well insulated from damage. Thats why AC games always drop in price so much sooner and go on sale more frequently than other game franchises. There's not a lot of risk. And the sale only lasts for 72 hours then it will go back up to $59.99. Its not a permanent price drop. Just a BF weekend sale.

Hell, last BF I also got Tomb Raider for $14 at Best Buy, and the regular price at that time was $40. That was a 65% off sell.

Point is that BF sales arent normal sales and go beyond average discounts. Stores like to move as much stock as possible. They will slash prices liberally.

Can't wait for the update today but for the next update I sure would like things such as..

-Allowing us to change our PSN names
-Giving us notifications of people from our friends list of our choosing when they log online
-Letting us set our online status as Away,Busy or Invisible
-Give us some different tunes for our UI
-Let us upload custom images by the ps app,camera and usb then able to set them as wallpapers
-Dynamic Themes to download like on PS3
 
Also, let us watch our friend's videos.

That said, this new update is great.

we cant do that already? I never tried but just assumed it was there bc you can on the PS3. I know, big mistake
 
PSN is down. Experiencing major issues after 2.00 patch.

I tried playing Battlefield 4 online but it says I need to sign in,I signed out and tried to sign back in but it now says the server was lost
 
seems like quite a few people are having issues with PSN.
 
And you will play,if this issue goes on for over a day then I will bring up the 4 wow's too.

For now I'm disappointed but not raging.

Unless I'm mistaken, every AssCreed game has come on sale for Black Friday. It'd be almost weird if it wasn't.
