A lot of the brotherhood fates are unknown. Mageto is thrown thru a wall, Iceman defeats Pyro and then hes taken aboard the Xjet and not mentioned again, Juggernaut is knocked out and not mentioned again.

Well if they do any other effects with pyro he doesn't need his lighters to do damage so long as some colateral flame damage has already been done. He might not have lighters, but all he needs is a single fire around him and he can still pull some neat tricks.
