Not likely really, but I would love it if it turned out to be true. Nothing against Elizabeth, but I think Saoirse would be better.

Technically they haven't confirmed Johnson either, at least not through an official Marvel announcement. Could be they won't bother announcing it officially until filming begins.

Taylor-Johnson was confirmed. So was Olsen by Samuel L. Jackson. They are going to be in the movie. No one else is being considered.
