^^^^ I can see it. Good pick!
My friend, where and when you saw that I said that Daniel Cudmore is a good actor???
I said he is much more SuperMAN than Cavill and has the best look so far for the role.
I never said he is a good actor or better than Cavill...who´s much more SuperBOY than Superman!
Henry Cavill for Superman??? HELL NO.DEFINATELY NO!
Neither him neither Welling...they are SuperBOYS not SuperMEN.
SuperMEN=Christopher Reeve,Brandon Routh,Daniel Cudmore,Harmon Walsh. See?!
I have an eerie feeling this guy will be someone WB screentests, he's got the right type of resume, height at 6'5 and is American;
He dyed his hair dark for a recent movie:

Chris Reeves hand approved him as the next superman before he died, by acting with him, Tom is just being an A-hole about being type cast, which he already is anyway
Tom Welling shouldn't be Superman for the very same reasons that Brandon Routh, Gerard Christopher, John Newton, and Dean Cain shouldn't be Superman. Nolan's Superman isn't going to be Smallville: The Movie and casting Welling as a completely new Superman is just confusing.
Whoever takes up the role should be someone who has never played as Superman.
Yeah. Lookswise maybe, but acting-wise Hammer has the type of resume they're looking for.Btw Hammer doesn't look THAT bad for the role, but I think Walsh has him edged out right now from the new names list.
I did as well, but Robinov and Co. want an American as Superman 100%. Superman is the All American hero apparently. Nolan is a traditionalist as well and knows Supes is the All American hero. We're going to get an American actor.I also liked Sam Heughan for the role.
Well yeah, you're right on "is going to be", but not only is it going to be, it should be. It's flat out stupid to have Brandon Routh or Tom Welling play two completely different Superman characters.
Yeah, I guess I phrased it wrong. They shouldn't be the new Supes and they aren't going to be. For people to keep throwing their names out there like they're legitimate choices is like me saying "Hey, you know who Sony should cast in the Spider-Man reboot? Tobey Maguire! Or better yet! Nicholas Hammond!!!"

Travis Milne. He's on some upcoming show called Rookie Blue. I haven't seen him act yet, but I thought he has a potentially good Superman look. He is also American...North American anyway (he's from Canada).

His resume isn't extensive, but so long as he can act I'm good.
Thats funny rite thar.Yeah, I guess I phrased it wrong. They shouldn't be the new Supes and they aren't going to be. Not "should be". "Is going to be". I can guarantee it. Any hope that Welling or Routh would reprise their roles on the big screen is FALSE hope. Sorry guys. We need to get over it now.
