I agree about the S symbol though, but that's an easy fix of replacing it with the better one.

In my oppinion,the symbol shouldn't be a "S"...it's alien,afterall. It should be something similar to an S so people on earth would look at it,think it is an S and start calling Kal-El "Superman". So...yup,I like it a lot

A like the original costume too,I just think that a little and well-made update in the movies would feel right.

My biggest problem with that is how it projects a more alien, regal almost militaristic look. Superman is a symbol for hope, he doesn't hide his face because he doesn't want people to fear him, that isn't the most fear-easing uniform. It does look cool, but not really how I see Superman.

Dude,that makes sense...but I look at it and find it more serious. The regular outfit bring us back to 50's boxers. We don't mind it because we have become used to it and because it's the base to a lot of others superhero costumes...

Anyway,I think I've made my point: wouldn't mind to see the outfit refreshed,as long it is not BLACK and stuff.

I agree, Routh must return, but I don't think Welling should ever have been allowed near Suprman. He doesn't look or sound like Superman and is a horrible actor. The only good tht came out of Welling being cast in Smallville instead of Routh was that it gave Routh the opportunity of playing the role on the big screen.

The second one: Loved the metalic,'grey" blue. I think that's the reason why I like this concept so much:It really looks like an alien costume,like something that was used in Krypton for battles,or whatever. It doesn't look like something made on Earth.
