Well, at the very least, I think it's a given that Cornell will deliver some fun, over-the-top action from the encounter.

I meant the Doomsday syory starting in Action Comics that the Reign of Doomsday crossover leads into hippie hunter

This be the truth :awesome:

Cannot wait to see how he writes Brainiac

According to Roberson, he doesn't know if DC will let him continue with Superman once Grounded is done, but he wants to continue.

And so hawt :atp:

Travelling through space in his spooky space ship shaped like a skull shooting lasers and shrinkin' errybody out there

You have to :hrt: Brainiac

Awesome variant from Adam Hughes for AC 900:

Also, looks like Jimmy may be joining Superman, Inc. in the Special coming up:

I will be so :csad: if there is not a Superman Inc now

Clark be stealing Bruce's ideas

read the new issue of action comics....its one of my lesser favorite issues of this arc:
i appreciate the brilliance lex has portrayed in this arc, out witting everyone. but i think it was a stretch in this issue. he's more prepared than bat-god in his prime. the idea that he'd be more prepared and able to outsmart brainiac was kinda ridiculous. and also prepared to deal with a cosmic god, even more ridiculous.

Guessing that is whoever sent Mr Mind after Lex

Think that is a new villain Cornell has created

Definatly agreed Motown! Good issue nonetheless for me, but i agree with your points.

Read the issue not my favourite issue of the Lex Luthor story but I still dug it

I'm not reading the book, even if I think writing Lex as a power obsessed monster is great, and I saw the last pic of the last issue.
So... [BLACKOUT]had Lex a fusion with Brainiac? Like in JLU?[/BLACKOUT]

Awwwww why are you not reading this comic book Clarky :csad:

no, not brainiac. him and brainiac fought and lex snapped his neck and left him floating in space. lex fused with this big cosmic god dude thing that he released from the phantom zone.

What Lex fused with is the thing Zod was speaking about in World of New Krypton. The unspeakable horror that lies in the Phantom Zone. I gotta hand it to Cornell it is nice to see him work all the way back to the New Krypton saga.

Poor Brainiac

He will never get that decent pair of pants now

No Brainiac is fine after Lex snapped his neck Brainiac put himself in a deep comma till his ship could heal him.

Well, I don't think anyone mentioned it yet or anything, but did any notice in the latest Action Comics when Luthor said he made sure Superman would be busy 'saving his disciples' and not interfere with his quest for the black spheres? Could it be that he's referring to this whole Doomsday thing?

Yeah, I liked that, too. Cornell really gave a strong sense of continuity to the whole ordeal.

Yeah Cornell's issue revealed that Luthor is behind Reign of Doomsday, but consider it's supppose to continue afterwords, it might seem Doomsday will continue his rampage.

Haha Luthor being behind Reign of Doomsday is a pretty neat plot twist

If only he knew he did not have to bother distracting Superman

Superman is busy walking around being a **** to everyone
