The Official Thor thread

You can always tell the sign of a good, solid artist by the way he (or she) renders the unimportant characters. The ladies at the table and the weather man all have very distinct faces, body types and expressions. I like that.

Didn't JMS mention an issue with medieval European themes in Thor's dialogue? So why harken back to it visually with this new look for Asgard? I know there are only so many ways to go about it, but it just seems like an odd decision.

I got a bit of a Superman Returns vibe for the sequence myself, though I don't think all of them are obese...the old by with the glasses wasn't.

He wants it to be like Lord of the Rings. Silly me, I thought he meant in terms of tone and scope and Thor's speech patterns. I didn't think he actually meant he wanted it to look identical to the Lord of the Rings movies, too. :o
Like all of them being fat.
Being fat counts as personality. I should know. It's all the personality I have. :o

There's an old bisexual in the preview? How could you tell he/she was bisexual??

Every man needs a bisexual sense and working gaydar for club dating. Which I don't do, but would rock if I did.

So are you two just going back and forth chatting in both Thor threads now?

Kitties with gaydar? I'm in.

Fair enough...

Fine fine.

Just wanna make sure nobody accidentally sees this without wanting to
Oklahoma people are fat.
