Two words: Bad knees. No jogging for this peanut gallery, unfortunately.
If you can't do the cardio to cut down fat, just try eating less fat in your diet. You can have the most toned and cut abs in the world, but if they're hidden under a layer of fat (however thin) nobody is gonna see them, including yourself.

He must have 5% body fat or something crazy...

Well, I finally got a good quality version of Jinx. I'll be posting some screencaps this evening.

A long time ago, somebody on the K-Site boards posted that her *husband* should send Welling fan mail. I freakin' cried I laughed so hard. ;)
Lol that was me but I still deny it to my hubby. He wouldn't care but I get sooo embarrased. Besides I don't want to know who he "thinks" about :p BTW you can't get abs like that. Women no matter how healthy have an increased percentage of body fat. Once you go under that you stop having periods and have problems with decreased estrogen levels.

Oh, I know. I've got 'em. You can see 'em. I'm just greedy. I want people to REALLY see 'em. LOL You know how it is, James. ;)

LMFAO!! To this day, I still think of what you wrote - and it makes me giggle to myself every time. Too damn funny!

That's why I said "the female version." All sorts of bizarre health problems ensue for woman who drop below a certain percentage in body fat. (I'm thin, but I'll never have THAT problem LOL) I've always shot for the beach volley ball player look. Tough to maintain when your 40, but I like a good challenge. And like I said before (as odd as it may sound), Welling is great inspiration for me. I'm more inspired to keep in shape by a hot male body than woman's. Yeah, I know, I'm weird.

I kinda understand I think. I get annoyed because my hubby is in great shape and I need his help lifting and doing stuff. Sometimes it doesn't seem fair that men get to be sronger. After all it's usually we women that want to accomplish things.

what women lack in strength, they make up for in personality and character. :)

dont know if this has been posted before or not... Tom Welling on...
'I have no idea what's going to come next.'
On showin' skin: "It's becoming a recurring theme. It seems that when people are in the most trouble in Smallville they lose their clothes."

On Lois Lane: It's fun as an actor to bring another character from the mythology in. I think that's interesting, and a fun angle to play

On having his own action figure doll: "I don't think one is ever prepared for something like that. But, it's fun. I hope it's durable."

On the future of Clark: I don't know where Clark is going. I never would have predicted what's already happened to him. I never saw it coming so, I have no idea what's going to come next."

On keeping it real: "My favorite episode is still the Pilot. Shooting it was such a big deal for me. I like it because it reminds me of how much we have all changed since then. You can now make the argument that it is in fact a totally different show about totally different things."

On Tom's motto for season four: "There is nothing holding us back! Our production is running on 8 cylinders now. We have it down to the perfect amount of energy."

You know, all of TW's above comments seem to reflect my state of mind right now in regards to certain US political events.

Can I have a collective hug round here from all the people who do not understand what the hell just happened? (and then I'll shut up about it)

First we lose Chris Reeve, and now this...ugh...
(coupled with losing Tom...metaphorically)

"This is my church. This is where I heal my hurt."

Just want to say that you guys and girls are where I've felt most welcome lately!

PEACE.

Oh Jack, I hear ya. It seems like it's been one major catastrophe after another. And with recent world events being what they are, it's almost sacrilegious to be bummed over a silly movie. But dayum! It's the little things in life that often mean so much, y'know?

To wit, folks around these parts have invested SO much time towards supporting their "candidate." We'll debate the pros and cons till the cows come home, and sometimes we'll throw tantrums in the process. We're mocked, dismissed, and ultimately vanquished. But we know that while battles may be lost, wars are won by those who are tenacious, flexible, and cunning. :D

Oh, *somebody* has to have a capture of that scene from Transference. Y'know, the one: "Can I have a hug?" LMAO!! That will cheer Jack up. It puts a smile on my face just thinking about it. ;)

Hello y'all - newbie here. Just wanted to say I'm stoked about Routh and Singer - I think we are all going to get a film better than we could've ever imagined...or beleived.

Great to be here....

Small

OK this is something a first-time poster put up in the Brandon Routh thread over in the Superman forum...

Take one screen name, mix one "great recommendation"... and what do you get?

Hint: I don't know 'em.

Can I be the first to say... PLANT ? ?

HAHAHAHA!! I saw that and was very tempted to respond. In fact, I may just still. No doubt in my mind.... PLANT!

Best. Thing. Ever! Means they're starting to show some concern.
(Unless it's another user from this board trying to stem the negativity?)

Watch for the script-seeking plants that will show up soon too.
