If you can't do the cardio to cut down fat, just try eating less fat in your diet. You can have the most toned and cut abs in the world, but if they're hidden under a layer of fat (however thin) nobody is gonna see them, including yourself.AgentPat said:Two words: Bad knees. BTW you can't get abs like that. Women no matter how healthy have an increased percentage of body fat. Once you go under that you stop having periods and have problems with decreased estrogen levels.
