I don't understand why the Bluray/DVD covers are so awesome. Yet the actually theatrical posters (besides the awesome teaser poster) were so awful.

Yap, i agree..those shoud have been the posters.. i hope Fox understands that part of the underperforming of the movie was their fault when they decide doing/not doing the sequel.. they have to start a good marketing a year before..and hire one of us to do the posters..

Some people are assuming it's 2 sided, but the articles indicate pretty strongly to me that it's an "either - or" situation.

But which Transformers you talking about? When I bought Transformers on DVD back in 2007, it was either an Optimus Prime case or a Megatron case.

The first Transformers DVD I have has Optimus and Megatron on both sides and has a plastic case you can put in it. The picture of both Optimus and Megatron has a white background.

It's like Star Trek. Initially it was either Spock or Kirk. Now when I see them in stores it's back to back. Will probably we the same for First Class.

Aww the one that I have comes in a metal case, and the case was a choice between Optimus Prime or Megatron. I took Prime

If the medium shirt is 100% cotton, just wash and dry it before you wear it. It'll shrink to fit your size.

Eh. I rather have a physical copy of a movie I like. Digital downloads off iTunes and Android sound good in theory since it costs less (and you get it quickly), but if your device breaks down or freezes up -- you're SOL on that and the movie.

Emma's arm look so fake, Mystique's shott isnt good at all, and the effect on Havok's uniform looks a bit cheap and fanmade....

The blue ray are the best covers, without doubt.

Hoping for a play/hmv exclusive cover for the DVD cause it does suck quite a bit as it is. Just the fact that the people aren't evenly balanced is annoying.

Those covers are teh sexay. I'd imagine Emma is on the cover instead of Banshee or Shaw is because 1.) sex appeal 2.) Emma Frost is more iconic visually than Banshee or Shaw.

But I think it would have made a great addition to have Banshee on costume on the posters. His costume is very unique, and he has that kind of "wings", so it would have been nice, at least one character poster, like the rest of the x-men.

I agree, plus his costume is the best blue-yellow costume in the film.

Banshee gets the least amount of face time of the teams (besides Riptide) because he ties with Alex for least importance of the Charles team character-wise. And Alex has more speaking lines of the two of them (or maybe Banshee has more and I just couldn't hear them through all his mumbling). Visually Alex works better as well because Banshee with his arms down is pretty boring and Alex has the plate on his chest. Azazel gets featured in many things despite his what, 2-3 lines? because he looks badass. Angel gets featured because she also has a visible mutation and they need more girls on the cover. If the film is about mutants they're going to pick the ones that best represent that. Hence, DVD cover.

Can I just say that Beast does not look like this in the movie at all ! Mystique's eyes are quite weird too !

Looking forward to the Blu-Ray too. Pre-Ordered it from Foxconnect.com during the SDCC (wasn't there this year, but next year it WILL happen. For the last four years I've always gotten ticketing info late and by the time I get to the SDCC site, tickets are sold out) but they had a Facebook promotion in which the first 1,000 people to per order would get a choice of two shirts with the blu ray.

I got a shirt that says "Team Eric" on the Front with a picture of Magneto and on the back it has "Peace was never an option"

So excited for September
