Is this the same speed of the shot in the movie yeah? Can someone explain what she's doing here - is she creating wind around her and then she starts to fly up? There seems to be a lot of dust swirling around her when she's on the ground and when Callisto jumps at her you can see more dust swirling around her.

Well considering that's how Storm manages to fly in the first place, by controlling the wind, yes.
