Can count on one hand the number of good things that has been in the DCEU so far in the whole two movies we've had.

MY answer--

- MOST of the cast.
- The costumes.

... That's it, I'm all outta bullets.

That's not saying much. I blame Snyder, I'm not thanking him for anything.
Okay. Titansupes is right. The cast (except Jesse). But you have to do something good with them. Not waste them

Really ?

I would say musical score, at least MoS soundtrack was better than most of the soundtracks of Marvel movies, then there's cinematography.. again I prefer MoS' visuals (only thing I didn't like is the shakey camera work)

The MOS score was solid.

The BVS one, however, was terrible. Just loud noises, awkward themes and too much JunkieXL.

Zimmer's work on Batman Begins is still the best though, by a longshot.

Not to start a war, but in my opinion DC have had better visuals and soundtracks in comparison to Marvel.

MoS soundtrack is the greatest soundtrack since the original Star Wars, and I'd contend it has better overall score, even though Star Wars has 2 iconic pieces of music in them. Junkie XL was a poor choice to put next to Zimmer because he uses way to aggressive beats.
MoS visuals > all.

I agree on both. Nothing beats the crisp, warm look of BvS - you don't get that with digital in Civil War. However, I do have issues with the occasional video gamey look in MoS and BvS. That's one of the reasons why I think the Smallville fight is still the best - the Metropolis fight and the Doomsday fight are so obviously shot on sound stages it's ridiculous. Snyder should be praised for shooting the Smallville fight the way he did because it's set in a real location and still gives us the explosiveness of Kryptonians duking it out. It just feels more weighty and engaging.

Also, I like that each of the heroes have leitmotifs. Superman has his rousing horns, Batman has his dark and heavy drumming, and Wonder Woman boasts an exotic electric cello riff. Cap and Iron Man's themes keep changing, and some of them are good, but it's a bummer they didn't stick to one.

The only part of the score I don't like was Is she with you and parts of Lex's theme. I love Fight Night

Good things about the DCEU:

Wonder Women
The Score
The Actor's (Accept Jessie)

That's about what I can think of.

I like the faux-DBZ fighting in Man Of Steel's third act.

From what he has done in the DCEU, I am actually more excited about to see his upcoming films- as long as those films aren't DC films.

I'm a fan of the Man of Steel score, but I'm going to pretend you didn't just say that.

Wow so THR now confirms BvS had 300+ production budget.

Too bad Lex was a bigger character than Superman and had to steal yet another scene. :cmad:

W... wow. Look dude, I love Hans Zimmer, but if it wasn't for John Williams, I doubt any of us would look back on the original Star Wars as anything but a cheesy 70s B-film.

the red capes are coming... the red capes are coming...

one if by land... two if by air... :D

“One, if by land, and two, if by sea” phrase was coined by the American poet, Henry W. Longfellow in his poem, Paul Revere’s Ride. It was a reference to the secret signal orchestrated by Revere during his historic ride from Boston to Concord on the verge of American Revolutionary War. The signal was meant to alert patriots about the route the British troops chose to advance to Concord.

That has literally nothing to do with your post that I was commenting on. You clearly exist on a different plane of reality, and I must ignore you for fear of losing my sanity.

if you are prejudice against one people, no matter what he does or says, all will be wrong to you.

Snyder worshipper are you?:loco:
It's fun to kill jimmy olsen right? And he might thinking on leaving only lois as the sole supporting character of superman in dceu:o

When your character stands there like a bore and says nothing for the whole scene, even a hammy goofball with a jar of piss can steal the scene off you.

This scene was Lex's victory, it was not meant to be Superman's. It was set up as Superman's opportunity to be victorious but Lex took that away from him and inserted further distrust. It was really a perfect play by Lex and I'm sorry for you that you want a lame story.
