The Dark Knight The Real Dark Knight Script Download Link!

The Script also says that Joker mentions his mother in the mafia meeting, but that didn't happen now did it? ;) Whenever Two-face will be in the 3rd movie or not, is up to the Nolan brothers.

Producer Emma Thomas said that Dent's last scene was ambiguous enough to suggest that perhaps he was still alive.[13] Also, Eckhart has said that if given the chance, he "absolutely" would return to the role in a possible sequel.[14]

^^ you can read that in the movie section of the wiki.

Thanks for posting this! Do we know where its from?

And just to hammer the point home further, the script by Jonah and Christopher Nolan -- included in The Dark Knight: Featuring Production Art and Full Shooting Script -- states, "Dent lies at the bottom of the hole, his neck broken. DEAD." The capitalization is their emphasis not ours. And in a later scene, "Gordon stands on a podium at Dent's funeral. Behind him is a large photograph of Dent smiling."

Sorry folks, time to get over it. Harvey/Dent/Harvey Dent/Harvey Two-Face/Two-Face is as dead as disco.

I thought that was a really good and kind of twisted line. After reading the script, I was disappointed that that line wasnt in the final film.
It gave me the thought that maybe Jokers mom maybe was a prostitute.

Very Rorschach-esque.

I'm glad they left that out.

My God! :lmao:

Of all the things I wanted the script to confirm. Those lazy bloody Nolans leaving it all up to Heath. God damn it all to hell :cmad:

:)
Now those people will never give up on the "ten." :cmad::woot:

I could've sworn in all my viewings of the film, Joker says "it's fear". I even looked at it again, and if he's saying "fair", then he pronounced it very strangely.

The first few times I saw it, that's what I thought to. It wasn't until I read the novelization that I realized he says "fair." But you're right, it doesn't sound like he says "fair" at all, at least to me. :\

It's too bad they cut out this great Batman line at the end of the movie.

"Nothing fair ever came out of the barrel of a gun."

You have to compliment Jonathan Nolan's writing. He's really good.

Yeah, he doesn't get much credit.

Lol, I don't know. The word fit in the sentence and didn't sound off. So I just went with the flow.

I still think Heath says the word strangely though. :o

Heath pronounces most of his dialogue strangely.

Since I can't open it, can anyone tell me if this is different than the one in the art book?

I'm also :lmao: since my friend thought Edison Chen (the LSI VP) originally had a bigger part but the HK sex scandal led to most of his stuff being cut. It's clear here that his character only had a 5-second part to begin with. :oldrazz: I just think it's amusing since everyone made such a huge deal of it at the time....

Whoa, you and Edison Chen are friends? :wow:

It's a great line, but a bit dramatik for the film.

I appreciated the addition of "Sometimes, people deserve to have their faith rewarded" though.

No, it's just that my friend (who's keeps up with Asian pop culture) was thinking he had a much bigger part since it made the Chinese entertainment media outlets that he had secured a part in TDK. For some reason they kinda ignored Chin Han, even though he had a much bigger role.

Well I guess it was obligatory to ignore Han, once Edison's sex scandal broke. :oldrazz: Edison was also much more well-known at the time, especially in the HK entertainment industry.

The first time I saw TDK, I reported back to my friend that I might have seen Edison for about 5 seconds, and he was out-of-focus the entire time. What a way to break into Hollywood. :lmao:

It's practically the same thing as Sarah Jayne Dunn making like she had a much bigger part, instead having 2 lines being Maroni's mistress. :oldrazz:

Good idea:cwink:

HAPPY

"Boss told me when the guy was done, i should take him out. One less share RIGHT"

Man, and I thought transcribing all the articles from The Gotham Times was crazy. :oldrazz:

Although I've managed to inflate the .pdf size from 4MB to 16MB by adding so many callout notes....:o
