The German USK has rated Resident Evil: Code Veronica for PlayStation 4.

Capcom re-released the survival horror game, which first launched for Dreamcast in 2000, followed by PlayStation 2 and GameCube in 2001 and 2003, respectively, for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 as Resident Evil: Code Veronica X HD in 2011.

That said, Capcom is likely porting over the 2011-launched ports for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Why they aren't putting that Revelations onto the Switch is well baffles me. It was a Nintendo game first. Same with the REmake.

Margie's house could've used some Hunters. Perfect environment for them. Storywise, perhaps sent by whoever Lucas was working with, to retrieve that serum.

Who knows when 'soon' is.

The Resident Evil 2 Remake has known to be in existence for almost two years now, but details on the game have remained scarce during that time. In an interview with Collider, series producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi teased that the Resident Evil 2 Remake will be out "soon."
The tease came at the conclusion of the interview after primarily answering questions about the films, so the answer came off as a bit of an afterthought, but given how much time has gone by since the project was given the go-ahead, it makes you wonder just how far along the development team is.
The game isn't a Remaster in the same vein as Resident Evil HD or Resident Evil 0 and is being built from the ground up, so undoubtedly this project should take a great deal more time. Though with Resident Evil 7's time in the company's limelight beginning to wrap up, we may be getting close to a reveal.

I saw Resident Evil Vendetta in theaters last night. It was pretty good. The villain felt a lot like Wesker in execution, which made me kinda wish Wesker hadn't have died in RE5. It was cool seeing Rebecca and Chris together again and the action was a lot of fun, especially that hallway zombie shoot out.

Claire doesn't surpise me since they already replaced her, but Leon, too? Damn.

I found some interview's of the actors that the animated 3d Resident evil vendetta. I'll put them up later in spoilers brackets .

Well, Paul Haddad is like 54 or something now, so I don't think he's going to sound like the fresh rookie as he did back in 1998 :p
Nah, I think they could've gotten them both back for fans of the original and they should've.

Finally got around to beating Resident Evil Zero. It probably has the most underwhelming finale of the any of the RE games. I was surprised when the final boss showed up. At no point did I feel like the game was ramping up and leading me into it like you usually get in RE games. Also, the lack of item boxes was a pain in the ass. I ended up doing most of the last half of the game without the grenade launcher because I left it in another area and it'd be a pain in the ass to backtrack and pick up. Overall I'd say it's the second worst RE game next to RE6. None of them are as bad as RE6.

I heard that Los Illuminados was involved in the Vendetta plot?

Vendetta is pretty bad, I only enjoyed seeing the return of Rebecca and having her and Chris and Leon interact.

If you thought they had already jumped the shark... just wait till the showdown with the B.O.W. in this one. Its absurd.

Agreed - I was looking forward to Vendetta - as Chris & Leon are by my favorite characters in the RE universe.

It felt like a side story that had no real purpose, and didn't feel very "world building"

it references other parts, but does little to connect with the rest of the world.

Vendetta is definitely the best of the CG movies IMO. I would say they did nothing in the way of world building and additions to the canon because they want the story to be pushed forward in the games.

I was hoping we'd get some info on how Chris ended up in the reformed Umbrella in RE7, but we didn't. Oh well.

I haven't seen it yet, but Vendetta sounds about like the other two CG movies. They aren't going to put actually important stories in a CG movie.

About RE7...

I really doubt that was Chris at the end of RE7. There were a ton of things that didn't add up at all.

1. The guy looked and sounded NOTHING like Chris
2. Since when did Chris refer to himself as just "Redfield"?
3. And not a fan of the idea that it could be his son since the math doesn't add up nor the idea of it being his brother since they never mentioned that at all nor Claire herself
4. Chris is the last person to join Umbrella. He dedicated to his whole life to taking down Umbrella, Wesker, and black market BOW sellers
5. Yeah, it says Chris Redfield in the credits, but that doesn't mean anything. It's just a red herring imo since obviously Capcom doesn't want to spoil the twist
6. The upcoming DLC is called "Not a Hero" sooooo yeah...

the point of that is it's not him at all and it was sorta hinted that in the res evil 7 thread. it was in spoiler tags. but it clear it's not him. that's all I'll say.

oh the CG movie prior to vendetta de generations though they (capcom) made it clear to the gamer news outlets that it lead to 7 in written form interview but I don't re put up that same article wherethey litterally said it again.
In films

Leon teams up with Claire Redfield in the 2008 computer-animated film Resident Evil: Degeneration in order to stop another outbreak of the T-virus on American soil. He returns in the sequel to Degeneration, Resident Evil: Damnation,[15] where he is sent to investigate the use of the T-virus during a civil war in Eastern Europe. Unlike the live-action film series, the animated films are canonically set in the same universe as the game series, serving as the prequels to Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6, respectively. Another computer-animated film starring Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield and Rebecca Chambers is slated for 2017.[16] The main antagonist will be Glenn Arias, who has a unique way of getting BOWs not to attack him by distinguishing the difference between ally and enemy, and Leon makes use of a motorcycle that is making a special appearance in the movie.
