I didn't get the reference, but having just checked out those X Men posters, I am absolutely speechless.

I know. The artist(s) behind those atrocities must have an uncle higher up who got them the gig, because they clearly don't have any talent.

It is incredibly rare for both a concept and its execution to be so utterly ****.

Sticking an actors face on the back of the silhouette of their character is a feeble notion, anyway. I can't think of any way that it wouldn't look comical.

But the placement of the faces and text is even awkward and uneven- they cut out half of McAvoy's eye, for ****'s sake!

There is more to this than meets the eye. Somebody got pissed off with their employer.

There should have been advertisements and a buzz generated for a while and not 4 months before the release date. Teaser in February, Release in June? Thats silly.
