Isn't the title a little spoiler-plottwist-ish?
No, because Nygma/Riddler isn't confirmed yet. He's just the most commonly speculated role for AMH.

3. My favourite possibility, Nigma takes the place of Vernon Fox as Dent's corrupt but brilliant assistant. While he appears to be helping Dent solve cases, he's actually a clever little imposter who sets up false trails and convictions to thwart true justice. On Maroni's payroll. When Batman finds out he tells Dent who forces Nigma to testify against Maroni or face the courts himself, a dodgy, under-the-table deal from Dent. But Nigma knows he'll be killed if he testifies, so he goes to Maroni and they arrange to put Dent out of action. In the end Dent realises that criminals are more frightened by other criminals than they are of justice. Enter Two-Face.
I've been saying for ages that the most interesting and/or likely scenarios for the Riddler are:
1. Employee of Wayne Tech, possibly involved in Bruce Wayne's Honk Kong business/Mr. Lau money laundering for Maroni. There's a definitly a subplot in all this. Has WayneTech somehow been involved in criminal activities?
2. Nigma is a FBI criminal profiler investigating the Joker. He has scenes with Lucious Fox after Joker attacks the WayneTech funded party. Since he's intrisincally corrupt Nigma ends up being drafted by Maroni to solve the Batman problem. He's playing both sides and trying not to get caught in the middle.

I still think Will Arnett would be a great Riddler. He's got a quirky sense of humour and I think he could pull off an eccentric, obsessive-compulsive, yet darker Riddler wihout a problem.

no. there is no basis in the rumor at all.so has AMH been confirmed for Nygma?
no. there is no basis in the rumor at all.
Aside from some pretty heavy hints from Jett.no. there is no basis in the rumor at all.
Jett doesn't know. the whole thing started with filmick, who admitted to just posting whatever people email him. that in turn got cited as confirmation, and then got emailed to all the other forums. Jett has been fooled by a fool.Jett already confirmed Riddler (or maybe it's just Edward Nashton for now) in TDK, in his 8 burning TDK questions article.
i think these "confirmations" are ultimately all coming from the same place. there has been nothing - NOTHING - to suggest that AMH is Riddler or that Riddler is even in this movie. not even AMH's own words in multiple interviews.Fact or a hunch? Because Jett doesn't jump on a rumour and claim it as fact until he gets further confirmation.
