And if they're going by Roman numerals, that means that Mark X will be the 10th model. That seems like too many models throughout the years for them not to change up the appearance at all.

According to the Gospel of www.trask-industries.com is clearly states that the Marl X will be the first enhancement/redsign the Mark 1.

This Sentinel is being used in the past, for practical purpose in advance of CGI! They future scenes have already been shot, for the most part.

Oh okay, then there are only two models. Kinda threw me off when they skipped 9 numerals. They must mean business when they say complete overhaul.

They probably called the 2nd model as Mark "X" because of the X-Men.

That is why I believe either in the OT future scenes, or further in the future of 2020 or 2023, whoever is left will contend with the Mark X, or have it at the end for another sequel. I mean, the Mark X sounds like the Borg coming to assimilate all of the mutants, lol. Resistence will be damn futile. I also think that is what Magneto was referring to.

I have a feeling this flooding of pictures and information on these sentinels is almost a form of misdirection. Yes I do believe that for the most part these are the types of sentinels that will be featured in the film but I can't help but think that there will be at least one giant ass sentinel (maybe the film's final climactic fight?) that will be kept under wraps until the film is actually out.

I kinda agree there's an awful lot of reveals this far out from the movie.

So we got a ton a photos of the Sentinels, and how they'll actually look on film, a few days ago and everyone loved them. Now we get an unedited shot of it on a back lot and we freak out?

I agree, the things that people complain about around here...

During my short time here, I've gathered that to some any form of criticism = *****ing/freaking out. *shrugs*

We could've gotten something similar. Hollywood doesn't have to try to appease fanboys. They could pull something from their butt and ignore the comics completely.

For an unedited photo, I really like the look of the Mark 2. Singer's paying tribute to classic scifi robots here, I love that.

I think they'll remain the same or get even more rustic in the future; the point of this look so far, I believe, is to appeal to everyone in the nation. Trask is probably trying to sell this in a view in which it can destroy mutants, but salute to children. If that makes sense!

Otherwise, I'm in love with them! And I'm in love with the fact that my dream of ACTUAL Sentinels are reaching the screen.
